Welcome.
This meditation is for women to revitalize and bring energy to their womb and their reproductive organs.
And this can be used after any kind of trauma to that area,
Whether it is miscarriage,
Pregnancy trauma,
Sexual trauma or injury,
Malady,
Whatever you need to heal.
Please make sure when you come into this meditation that you are in a safe,
Quiet and comfortable position.
I'd like to invite you to begin by placing your palms down over your lower abdomen and taking a few breaths into the connection between your hands and your body.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Sigh out of your mouth.
Let your weight drop down into your support.
Feel the structure underneath you.
If it feels good,
Let your eyes close.
I want you to imagine your pelvis,
The bone structure around your hips,
The top of your hips,
The top of your pelvis,
Around the back to your sacrum,
The base of your spine,
Even the coccyx,
Your tailbone and the bones that you sit on,
Your sit bones.
If you've ever seen a picture of a pelvis,
I want you to imagine that for a moment with your hands still on your abdomen.
As you inhale,
I want you to draw in light,
Perhaps gold or a soft pink,
Whatever is the most nurturing,
Perhaps white light.
Again,
Inhale,
Draw in that light and bring it to your pelvis.
Infuse it into the bones,
Your structure,
Your foundation.
Let that light shine through all the pores of the bones.
Let it sink deep into the marrow.
So that all the new blood that's created is infused with this loving light,
This healing light.
Draw in more light and bring it to your sacrum.
So that the back of your pelvis and sacrum,
The front of your pelvis and sacrum and the base are all shining with a vital energy and light.
And imagine your organs held within this bowl in your pelvis.
Imagine your uterus in your womb.
Imagine its smooth structure,
The round top,
The more pointed bottom.
And inside it,
Fluid,
This beautiful sanctuary.
I want you to bring more light to this area,
Infuse this image,
Place under your palms with healing energy and light.
Perhaps smile inwardly at it,
Sending it your love,
Your compassion and so much healing energy.
And be with it for a moment.
Imagine nourishing it with more light,
More vitality.
Witness as each cell picks up this energy,
Brings it into itself.
Continue smiling at it,
Loving it.
And then imagine the ovaries on both sides.
Imagine their shape,
Oval,
A little bit darker in color.
And send your light to them on the left and the right.
Turn your smile inward at them and offer your loving energy and the growing light with each inhale.
And between your ovaries and your uterus,
Imagine a small ligament holding them together.
And send that structure vital energy.
Imagine each cell of the ligament and each cell of the ovaries taking this light into them.
Healing every cell,
Every organelle,
Creating health within every millimeter of tissue.
Imagine a wide flat ligament now connecting your uterus and your ovaries to your pelvis.
Witness the stability of this ligament,
Its strength,
How it stabilizes your uterus and protects you from the inside.
Turn your smile to it and with your inhale draw in that beautiful light.
Send this light to this broad ligament with gratitude for its stability and structure.
Imagine this light shining on all of the filaments,
The fibrils in each cell.
Let this light join with the uterus,
With your ovaries until they become radiant.
Bring light to all the other parts of your reproductive system,
Your fallopian tubes on either side.
The many arteries and veins that supply nourishment to these organs and your tissues.
And with this light,
Let your body know that it's allowed to let go,
To be free.
It's allowed to heal from the traumas you've experienced.
You are sending your love every moment with light and vital energy.
Feel your palms against your abdomen.
Very gently press them down for a moment,
Physically letting your body know that you're here,
You're present and you're listening.
And notice what feelings arise,
Any physical sensations or emotions.
Lovingly allowing whatever needs to come up to be present,
To be felt.
And take a deep breath in.
Exhale,
Deep sigh out of your mouth.
Again,
Deep breath in and exhale,
Sigh.
Before you arise out of this meditation,
Take some time.
Notice what has come up for your body and ask yourself,
What do I need in this moment?
Do you need a beautiful cup of tea or a walk outside,
Perhaps?
Or to call somebody and lean into the support around you.
Perhaps what you need is to lie here for a little bit longer with your breath and your body.
