Explore MeditationMuriel’s yoga journey began when she took her first class in 2011. Ever since her first class, yoga has been her personal and consistent teacher in mental discipline, humility, and self-awareness. She applies these teachings outside of her practice, which has further enriched her life. Muriel’s objective in class is to create a space where yoga is very accessible and where appropriate modifications are offered so that yoga does not feel limiting and students feel empowered to lean into their practice. Students are encouraged to meet themselves where they are at and to know that one's yoga journey can begin at any point in one's life. In her class, you will find a clear breakdown of the poses, easy-to-follow transitions, and an enjoyable, enthusiastic atmosphere with a well-paced sequence. In her spare time, she loves traveling and exploring yoga in other countries!
