I'm excited to be here together,

Wherever you are,

In whatever time this is in your day.

Appreciate taking a few moments for yourself right now.

Take the biggest breath in you've taken all day and let it go with an audible sigh.

Feel the intersection of the breath and the body.

No need to change your breath.

It's perfect just as it is.

The body taking a few precious moments to slide towards rest.

Feel a point of contact your body's making with the surface,

Whether you are standing,

Sitting,

Or laying down,

And whether still or moving.

Invite the shoulders to melt down the back body.

If hands are available,

Allow them to find a place of natural ease.

If safe and comfortable,

Allow the eyes to soften by gazing perhaps at something that's not moving or allowing the eyes to close.

Landing here and greeting this time together.

Noticing any sounds around you or sounds within you.

The temperature of the air on your skin or any clothing or coverings on your skin boundary.

Here.

Now.

Breathing in the aliveness of this moment.

And as you move back into your day,

May you continue to move towards that place of ease and calm that lives inside of all of us.
