Welcome.

I'm excited to breathe in the aliveness of this moment together.

Spending a few minutes setting or resetting the day,

Wherever you are in your day.

Take the biggest breath in and let it go with a sigh.

I'll offer that two more times.

Big breath in,

Let it go with a sigh.

One more breath in and let it go with a sigh.

Allow the breath now to find its own natural rhythm.

Drop into a place where doing stops.

Feel a deep sense of ease and peace wash over you.

Invite yourself into this moment just as you are.

Nothing to change or fix and nothing to get right because you're already doing it right.

Allow the palms of your hands to come together and begin rubbing them,

Creating some heat and energy between the palms.

Keep rubbing,

Keep rubbing.

And as you slowly bring this to a close,

Allow your palms to rest on the side of your head,

Repeating this message silently to yourself three times.

I am calm.

I am calm.

I am calm.

Now allow the palms to find their way to your heart,

Silently repeating this to yourself three times.

I am loved.

I am loved.

I am loved.

Palms finding their way to your belly.

This message three times.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Hands now find their way to rest in your lap,

On your thighs,

Or alongside of your body.

Invite the chambers of your heart to open as you slide your awareness towards your heart center.

At the heart of who you are,

Who we all are,

We are peace.

Peace amongst the swirling of any to-dos,

Any chatter or chaos.

Sense the body softly breathing itself on its own.

Take a few moments to rest here.
