Welcome to this quick morning practice for connection.

You can put your hands over your heart and feel into this realm.

You can bow your head to your heart to sort of really drop into it.

Close your eyes and feel into this space under your hands.

Feel what happens with your energy if you bow the mind intelligence to your heart intelligence.

Feel into how we are all connected to each other.

How we are all made up of the same fabric.

How the tightly interwoven thread of love moves through each and every one of us.

Now while still having your eyes closed you can tilt your head upwards and feel the expansion.

Feel into the vastness and goodness of the universe.

Feel into the beauty that this whole universe is holding.

The beauty of nature.

The same nature that lives in you.

You can expand your heart energy out.

Breathe into this expansion.

Breathe into the benevolence of the universe.

Breathe into the benevolence that surrounds you.

Feel how we are all breathing the same air.

How we are all grounded by the same gravity.

And now you can speak to all beings that exist.

May all beings be peaceful.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be healthy.

And may all beings be filled with love and kindness.

And now bow your head towards your heart again.

Feeling into the power of love that resides here in your heart.

Maybe it feels good to say something to your heart.

Maybe acknowledge it.

Or speak a kind good morning to it.

Or feel into it what it feels today.

Tell it how well it's doing.

How thankful you are that it's there.

Evermore loving.

And now you can ask your heart that it may show you today what you can let go.

And you can also ask it to show you how you can let it go.

And now you can speak to yourself from this heart energy.

May I be peaceful.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be filled with love and kindness.

And you can thank yourself for taking this time to check in with yourself to connect to your heart.

And you can wish yourself a good day.

May you spread your love.

And may you take this feeling of connection with you into your day.
