This meditation is for moments when you feel like you haven't achieved enough in life when it seems like others are ahead, and happier. For when dreams shatter, and things don't go the way you wished. When we feel like we're falling behind or dreams are shattering, it often feels like we need to act immediately or push ourselves to get over it right away. However, there is a lot of sadness hidden in these feelings, which we need to (in small steps) experience so that we no longer feel overwhelmed. And that's exactly what we are doing today.
