Mind Theatre: A Stage for the Subconscious

Through the meditation practice of yoga nidra, Mind Theatre takes an approach to understanding the self through the lens of the subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra is a style of guided meditation that is done lying down and uses different techniques to slow down brainwaves into the state between wakefulness and sleep; the state of your subconscious (or theta brainwaves). Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I like the idea of dimming the lights with every exhale, though I prefer my nidra to go beyond rotation of consciousness and focus on breath🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻
