Gibberish means creating sounds or words which our brain cannot intercept. Examples are included in the recording. At the start, you might need to act a little and then gibberish takes over you. It's a phenomenon. This is where you get the choice to feel and say what you really want to, just let go. Meditation starts once gibberish is completed. Go full out because after that you may experience absolute stillness. This track contains ambient sounds in the background

Hello everyone,

I welcome you to the sixth day of Todibad Meditation and today we are going to do a remarkable meditation which is called as Jibrish.

Jibrish is,

I don't know if you have heard about this term before now or not,

But Jibrish is any voice,

Any sounds,

Any way of talking,

Any noise which our brain does not recognize.

So for example,

I'm talking to you in English,

My brain intercepts what am I speaking,

What is the meaning of that and you have also learned that language and your brain is actually analyzing what exactly is Krishan saying,

What is the meaning of that because we both have learned that language.

But in case for example,

If I'm talking to you,

You will be like,

And you will be like,

Okay,

What exactly is going on,

What is Krishan saying?

So what I was saying was just Jibrish.

So someone who does not know Spanish,

For them if I speak in Spanish,

That's Jibrish.

If someone does not understand English for them,

If someone talks in English,

That's Jibrish.

So any kind of language,

Any kind of words,

Noises,

Voice,

Whatever we take out what our brain cannot intercept and understand is called as shitwish.

World over there are variety of meditation sessions,

Mindfulness sessions,

Theatrical sessions which are created on using Jibrish and they're very,

Very powerful.

And today we are going to use this powerful tool as one of the active meditations which can help us to integrate so much which is going on around us sometimes.

It's so much going on.

There is so much of emotions,

Their feelings,

The situations we are in,

The social media,

The distractions,

What we want to achieve,

What we have not achieved,

The regrets,

The failures,

The fears,

Sometimes too much.

And Jibrish can be used as one of the most powerful ways to help us,

To help us calm ourselves down and bring in more clarity.

So let's go step by step.

I will keep guiding you with this session where we are going to divide it into two stages.

The first stage is Jibrish where you will be,

You will keep talking in Jibrish.

You don't need to copy me.

I might create certain sounds because for me that's Jibrish,

For you it could be any nonsensical sounds which has no sense altogether.

Just keep talking.

When you're doing that,

You could go through different kinds of emotions,

Different kinds of feelings.

You might visualize certain situations,

Certain people in front of you,

Whom you want to say something,

You're never able to say them because you never know what they feel about you.

You're feeling embarrassed or you don't want to just you know confront someone or you might not have any of those things but just keep speaking in Jibrish.

The stage two is going to be sitting in silence and it's a beautiful silence which you will realize after you complete a Jibrish.

So give you a hundred percent to Jibrish because what you feel in stage two is depends on how you perform in stage one.

It's as simple as that.

Okay,

I will keep guiding you.

I will demonstrate you for a few seconds and after that I would want you to do it as per your capacity.

Okay?

And you keep going on and on and on.

Just breathe in and breathe out.

Remember when you're doing any kind of an active meditation,

It is,

You might take first one to two minutes to dive into it,

To go deeper into it.

So just dive into it.

Just breathe in and breathe out.

Take your positions.

Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.

And gently close your eyes.

Keep your spine straight and head straight.

Be absolutely active in this moment right now.

Absolutely alive.

And we're going to start our stage one with a gong.

At the count of three,

One,

Two and three.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten,

Eleven,

Twelve,

Thirteen,

Eighteen,

Fourteen,

Fifteen,

Sixteen,

Sixteen,

Fifteen,

Fifteen,

Fifteen,

Fifteen.

And keep going on and on and on.

Go deeper.

Use your hands if you feel that will help you and go on to express yourself.

Whatever you really want to express,

Let it out.

This is your chance to actually let it out.

Take it out and let out whatever you think you really want to say it out.

Empty yourself completely.

It's like emptying your garbage.

Empty yourself.

Say it out.

Say it out.

Keep going deeper and keep going deeper.

And keep going.

Beautiful.

Beautiful.

Keep going.

Keep going.

Any sound,

Any kind of noise,

Any kind of words which you don't understand.

Keep going in.

Keep going deeper.

If you feel raising your volume is going to help you,

Do that.

Do that.

Go deeper.

Keep going deeper and keep going.

And keep going on and keep going on and keep going on last 30 seconds for you to keep going on and going deeper and going deeper give you a hundred percent right now give you a hundred percent right now go deeper beautiful keep going and keep going and gently relax yourself as we enter the stage two of silence if you're sitting on the floor place both your palms on the floor and if you're sitting on a chair place both your palms on your knees and be as still as possible and as the silence enjoy this silence and gently breathe in and breathe out breathe in and breathe out a few times and slowly start preparing yourself to come back come back to your room to your surroundings to your body to your breath and once you feel complete gently open your eyes I wish you a day of letting go letting go does not mean to go towards the person whom you want to let go to start shouting letting go is a beautiful process first of all realize and become aware of what you actually need to let go you don't need to let go anything towards any person necessarily you just need to let go what is not nourishing you to your body to your mind to your soul and once you actually honestly decide to let go you will not have to do anything about it the universe will take care of it trust me just breathe it out and genuinely ask yourself what you need to let go because that letting go might release you from the pressure and you can fly away and go on to do what you really want to do in your life have a beautiful day and I will see you tomorrow.
