She is the founder of Mindful Soul Collective, where she weaves together mind, body, and soul practices to guide people in building deeper self-connection, nervous system safety, and emotional resilience. Through her trauma-informed sessions, somatic work, and energy healing, Shorina supports clients in moving through trauma, reclaiming their wholeness, and coming home to themselves. Her journey of healing from early trauma, through years of navigating chronic illness, burnout, and the weight of survival, has become the foundation of her work. These lived experiences have given her an understanding of what it means to walk through darkness and choose to rise, again and again. Blending professional expertise with this embodied wisdom, she holds space for others to feel safe in their healing and to discover that their wholeness was never lost. Alongside her counselling and energy work, she mentors entrepreneurs who are ready to create businesses that are not only successful, but also deeply aligned with their values, sustainable for their wellbeing, and soul-led in every sense. Alongside her practice, she is also the host of a podcast dedicated to whole-body wellness, healing, and self-love.
