Welcome
This gentle welcome audio will guide you into the heart of the Hurt to Healed journey. In this short introduction, I’ll walk you through what to expect from the program, how to move through the practices, and the energy and intention behind everything inside this space.
Please note: I refer to the inner child using she/her pronouns throughout this particular audio, as this reflects my personal experience. However, this course is open and inclusive to all genders, and the work is deeply supportive for anyone who feels called to explore it. Future audios do not reference a particular pronoun. No matter who you are or where you’ve come from, your inner child is welcome here. You are welcome here.

Lesson 2
Understanding - Theory
In this first training, you’ll begin to understand what the inner child is, how early experiences shape your beliefs and emotional patterns, and why certain triggers can feel so big in adulthood. This audio creates the foundation for your inner child healing journey by helping you recognise the younger parts of you that are asking to be seen, heard and supported. You’ll be invited to reflect on childhood memories, unmet needs, repeated patterns and the ways awareness becomes the first step towards healing.

Lesson 3
Understanding - Meditation
This meditation guides you into a safe inner space where you can meet and connect with your inner child. Through breath, visualisation and loving reassurance, you’ll be invited to see this younger part of yourself, listen to what they may need and begin offering the love, safety and validation they may have been waiting for. This practice is designed to support emotional connection, self-compassion and a deeper sense of coming home to yourself.

Lesson 4
Reparenting - Theory
In this module, you’ll move into the next layer of inner child healing: reparenting and emotional release. This training explores how to become the safe, supportive adult your younger self needed, while learning how to shift your inner dialogue, honour your needs, create emotional safety, set boundaries and allow stored emotions to move through the body. You’ll also be guided through practical tools such as emotional awareness, journaling, somatic movement, self-soothing and daily self-nurturing practices to help your inner child feel seen, supported and loved.

Lesson 5
Reparenting - Meditation
This meditation invites you to reconnect with your inner child from a place of wholeness, love, and deep self-compassion. Through breath, visualisation and heart-centred affirmations, you’ll be guided to meet the part of you that has always been whole, welcome them back into your heart and remember that the love, safety and belonging you’ve been searching for have always lived within you

Lesson 6
Embodying - Theory
In this module, you’ll move into embodiment, the final phase of your inner child healing journey. This training explores how to live the healing work in everyday life through emotional attunement, self-trust and joy. You’ll learn how to notice when your inner child is activated, respond with care instead of self-abandonment, build trust in your emotions and make space for play, creativity and aliveness. This week is about anchoring everything you’ve uncovered so your inner child feels safe, loved and free within you.

Lesson 7
Embodying - Meditation
This meditation guides you into a heart-centred space where you can anchor the healing, safety and connection you’ve created throughout the journey. Through breath, golden light visualisation and loving reassurance, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner child, feel them merge back into your heart and embody the truth that you are whole, safe and home within yourself.

Lesson 8
Closing Out, With Love
This final audio brings the Hurt to Healed journey to a close, inviting you to reflect on everything you’ve moved through, from meeting your inner child to reparenting, emotional healing, joy and embodiment. It offers a moment to honour your growth, recognise the courage it took to stay with yourself and remember that healing isn’t something you finish, but something you continue to live. This closing track is a reminder that you are safe, whole and already home within yourself.
