So you're feeling a little bit stressed.

You're taking a break.
You've pressed play.
To get the most from this practice,
It's important you find a quiet spot where you feel safe to relax and maybe even close your eyes for a couple of minutes.
Start to become aware of your breath.
Just find where it enters your body and take a deep breath in through the nose.
That's right.
And blow it out when you're ready.
Take your time.
Take another breath in.
If you like,
You can hold at the top and blow it out when you're ready.
You can continue this practice of breathing in holding at the top and blowing out the stress.
Or you can simply just find your breath's natural rhythm and just experience what it's like to be breathing.
Continue breathing in,
Holding at the top and breathing out until you reach a point that you feel ready to get back to doing whatever it is you've been doing.
And then you can just relax and let go.
And then you can just relax and let go.
And then at a point that you feel ready to get back to doing what ever it is that you need to do next.
And at any point in the day you experience heightened levels of stress,
You can return to your breath knowing this simple practice can really make a difference.
