Welcome.

Find a comfortable position.

Let your body settle,

Your shoulders soften,

And your eyes gently close.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And a long,

Steady exhale out.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Supporting you fully.

Let yourself arrive.

There are many ways to discover self-love.

Today we'll explore one that begins in an unexpected place,

Within fear and anxiety.

Anxiety is often a story in the mind,

Paired with a feeling in the body.

And underneath it,

A quiet whisper,

I'm not enough,

I don't have what it takes.

Pause here,

And simply notice if any of those whispers live within you,

Noticing without judgment.

Now allow yourself to breathe into that place.

Softly remind yourself,

There is nothing broken,

There is nothing to fix.

Each breath is proof that you have what you need,

Right here,

Right now.

Feel this truth settling into your body,

Like warmth spreading through your chest.

Think of the moments in your life that have felt the hardest,

Your struggles,

Your doubts,

The times you thought you couldn't go on.

And yet,

Here you are.

Every step,

Even the painful ones,

Has brought you to this moment.

No experience has been wasted.

Each one is woven into the person you are right now.

Instead of pushing those moments away,

What if you honored them?

What if you held them with compassion,

As part of your wholeness?

Breathe in,

Welcoming all parts of yourself.

Breathe out,

Letting love expand through you.

With each inhale,

Acceptance.

With each exhale,

Release.

Self-love deepens each time we turn toward ourselves,

Again and again,

With kindness and acceptance.

Imagine now a gentle light within your heart,

Glowing softly,

Expanding with every breath.

With each inhale,

This light grows warmer.

With each exhale,

It radiates outward,

Filling your whole being.

Allow yourself to rest in that light.

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath in,

And a slow,

Complete exhale.

Know this.

You are whole.

You are worthy.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Carry this feeling of love with you into the rest of your day.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
