Welcome.

Let's take the next few minutes to gently connect with the breath.

Find a comfortable position.

You may close your eyes if that feels good,

Or simply soften your gaze.

Take a slow,

Easy breath in,

And a gentle breath out.

Begin noticing the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Feel the cool air as it enters your nose,

The subtle sensation in your throat,

The breath filling your chest and belly.

And then,

Notice the warmth as you exhale,

The gentle release,

The soft letting go.

With each inhale,

Imagine a healing,

Loving light entering your body,

Filling you with warmth and ease.

With each exhale,

Allow yourself to release tension,

Stress,

Or anything you no longer need.

If your mind drifts into thought,

That's perfectly normal.

Now,

Simply notice where it has gone,

And gently guide your attention back to the breath.

No judgment,

Nothing wrong,

Nothing to fix.

Everything is as it should be.

Breathing in healing light,

Renewal.

Breathing out relief,

Release.

Rest with this flow of breathing for a few more moments.

And as we come toward the close,

Remember,

Your breath is always here for you.

It can be a steady anchor in the middle of a busy day,

A place to return whenever you need calm,

Clarity,

Or grounding.

Take one more full,

Deep breath in,

And a long,

Gentle breath out.

Ready?

Open your eyes and return to your day,

Carrying this sense of connection with you.

Thanks for being here.
