So many of our struggles come from interactions in the workplace. We can easily fall victim to mistreatment if we have weak boundaries. Christopher designed this meditation to prepare us for the working day ahead. The meditation is focussed on the breath at the hara, the center of strength. The meditation then introduces affirmations and boundary statements to produce a positive, non-combative feeling of inner strength. With practice, this meditation will help to build boundaries that increase workplace wellbeing.
