As I say these words,
You might want to repeat them silently or aloud,
Letting them resonate in your heart and mind.
In this moment,
I am fully present.
I embrace the here and now with openness and awareness.
Each moment is a gift,
And I receive it with gratitude.
Carry this mantra with you today.

To breathe,

Or a quiet pause in a busy day,
Let's take a moment to notice our breath,
The sensation in our body,
