Thank you for joining me today for this guided practice to receive spiritual blessings to help you move forward.
Begin by finding a comfortable posture and by bringing your awareness to the breath.
Take a few moments to let yourself arrive and allow the breath to draw you gently into internal awareness.
Allow the gaze to soften and if suitable for your surroundings,
The eyes to close.
Bask in the breath.
Allow the breath to reach through you and into the body wherever it needs to go.
Open into the spaces.
Breathe.
As you breathe,
Give yourself permission to really arrive and be present.
Give yourself permission to put down your to-do list,
Your schedule and release yourself into this practice as a gift to yourself.
As you open to this moment just as it is,
I invite you to sense the support of helpers all around.
I invite you to request their help and support at this time on any topic or issue of your choice.
Naming it for yourself.
Calling in the support.
As you rest,
You look around noticing that the sky has taken on a multidimensional colorful appearance and that it is beginning to rain.
Yet this rain is not wet and cold but colorful and warm.
Within each droplet a blessing,
A healing,
A gift.
If you wish,
Opening your mouth,
Drinking in the blessings,
The skin awakening with joyfulness as the blessings arrive on the rain.
You breathe,
Basking in the warmth.
A hug appears through time and space.
Deep within the mystery,
You let go.
You let go of what no longer serves you.
You let go of just 2% of the tightness in the body and the mind.
You open to the love and support that is all around.
A community of blessings arrive.
You have been calling them in.
If you are ready to receive guidance,
Request it now in the silence.
Feel the rain washing through you.
Cleansing the breath,
The body,
The mind,
The being.
Dissolving that which no longer serves you.
Making space for the return of your own life force.
As we let go of tension,
Our own energy courses back to us,
Surging through us.
There is a gift for you,
Allowing it to become known in your awareness in its own time,
Perhaps as an image,
An object,
A phrase or a feeling.
Not worrying if this makes sense at this moment.
Accepting it with gratitude.
Or waiting,
Sometimes there is something,
Sometimes there is nothing.
Or it may come at a later time.
As we connect through time and space with a community of meditators,
Practitioners,
Know that you always have a place in this circle.
And that you can always ask for help from this community of care.
As you breathe into the silence,
Open to knowing what your focus might be today.
Breathe.
Allowing the blessings of the rain to be known through the breath,
Body,
Mind and being to find a place to be remembered,
To be held,
To be integrated.
Opening next to your intention of how you choose to move forward from here today.
And as we draw the threads of this short practice together.
Coming back to the sensations of the body.
The body at rest.
Noticing the impact of this practice on your sense of being,
Of who you are.
Remembering who you are.
Stepping forward into your next moments in that deep authentic knowledge of self.
Drawing on this community of presence,
Of care,
Of support.
Perhaps in your outer experience,
Noticing one area where you could ask for help.
Coming back to the sensations of body parts resting on furniture,

Opening to the sounds in the room and with energy rising in your very own time.
