Find a comfortable place to lie down onto your back.

Place your teddy bear or your stuffy on your tummy and gently close your eyes.

Let's begin this journey of calm and gentle breaths together.

With your eyes closed,

Feel the weight of your teddy bear on your tummy.

This little friend will be your guide as we explore the magical world of breathing.

Take a moment to make sure you're completely comfortable.

Adjust your teddy bear.

Notice how it feels to have your teddy bear with you.

It's softness,

It's warmth.

Your teddy bear is more than just a toy.

It's a friend who's here to help you to feel calm and safe.

Feel the connection between your heart and your teddy bear's heart.

Now focus on your breath.

Breathe in slowly through your nose and feel your belly rise,
