She specializes in trauma-informed mindfulness meditation and movement to help folks reclaim their bodies and reclaim their light. Brit has been an advocate of workplace wellness for years, and enjoys sharing mindfulness practices one on one and corporate settings. Teachers she's learned from and is inspired by include Hiroko Dimechelis, Pascal Auclair, Steve Armstrong, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Michelle McDonald, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Thich Nhat Hahn. Her current clinical focus is on the intersection of mental health, substance use, and perinatal mental health. She co-founded Zenkeeper Sleep Stories App with her partner to help grown-ups improve their relationship with sleep.
