Welcome to day nine of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we will be sensing our spine.

If you know where your spine is,

Take your hands around your back and put your fingertips on your spine and just rock your fingers back and forth and feel those little bumps.

That's your spine.

Now go ahead and take your hands back to your lap.

So sit very tall.

We're using the muscles around our spine to sit as tall as we can,

Like a majestic mountain.

So sitting tall like a mountain.

Let your shoulders come down.

Maybe you wanna think about your spine like a tree trunk,

Holding you very tall and strong.

You are so strong.

When you sit really tall like a tree or a mountain,

It actually tells your brain that you are ready for whatever life has for you today.

Place one hand on your belly.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Nice work today.
