Milou this was just what I needed this afternoon. Although my new job is going very well and I likev it a lot, the stress I've been experiencing lately is stemming from my home. My family is having a challenging time adjusting to the changes the new job entails. So this meditation really helped me feel more calm and relaxed. Namaste my friend.

Milou this a was another gem of a meditation. I hope you don't mind, I wanted to tell you I got offered the position at the company however it wont be open until probably December or January. So I started at the other place. Today was my first day and I really enjoyed it. I think its gonna be a good place for me. So I'm letting go outcomes and focusing on the here and now. Thanks for listening.

Milou I quit my job last week (it was toxic and unhealthy). Although I have another one lined up, tomorrow is my interview with a company I really want to work for. Im confident I have the job, im just nervous about pay, location and start date. So needless to say, this meditation helped and ill return to it tomorrow morning before the interview.
