Welcome to this Quantum Healing Consciousness Meditation.
The characteristics of the Quantum Healing Point of View that will be embraced in this meditation are that it is indivisible and indestructible.
This means that your healing is indivisible and indestructible.
From a comfortable physical position,
Either sitting or prone,
Shift your body around until you feel just right.
Now let's take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you inhale again,
Just picture that beautiful breath going all the way down to your toes,
Relaxing your whole body as it travels downward.
The breath fills your body with a pleasurable,
Safe and secure feeling.
Pure life is breathing you,
Moving you,
In you,
As you,
Through you and definitely for you.
Take another deep breath and energetically envision it going down to your feet.
The warm,
Relaxed feeling there spreads upward to your calves.
It flows up to your legs,
All the way up to your hips.
All is relaxed now,
As if you're lying on a sunny,
Sandy beach.
The warmth infuses your stomach now and your chest,
Traveling to your shoulders.
And lastly,
This luminous warmth now infuses your neck,
Face,
Eyes and head and it melts all stress or tension.
The energy of the quantum field is indivisible and indestructible.
And you and I are embedded in this field,
In one indivisible consciousness,
A cosmic intelligence that evolved,
Evolved us and creates us still in this moment and which governs reality.
Consciousness is a singular that has no plural.
It is the oneness of life.
We are all united in our origin story.
At the quantum level,
Everything shares the same creation story of atoms,
Molecules and energy.
And now pick an area of your life in which you would like to experience a healing.
Form an intention statement for this.
Your mental intention forms the messages that will change your organs,
Tissues,
Cells and even your genes.
Better messages mean better well being.
Your intention can be physical,
Emotional,
Mental,
Spiritual or social.
Your mind is everywhere in the intelligence of each atom giving rise to the mind body spirit connection.
That's how a thought in your mind can cause the vocal cords in your body to vibrate.
Every atom and molecule in the universe emerges from the quantum field,
From that original energetic force.
So our bodies do as well of course.
Affirm with me that I live in a quantum field body.
I am more than just a collection of parts,
Such as the stomach down here and the brain up there.
I am intimately,
Inextricably,
Indescribably connected.
I am indivisibly made.
I have trillions of cells which live in concert with each other.
They create a symphony that is one of overall balance and health.
I have a quadrillion neural connections in my body that orchestrate a complex symphony into something like a beautiful humming sound.
I have a blueprint of health coded into my very genes.
I am a healthy and whole person.
From this connected unified state,
I allow my intention to become my reality now.
I command any blockages of worry,
Shame,
Disappointment,
Or anger to leave this minute.
I am as indivisible as the quantum field that gave rise to me.
I call back any parts of me that have been shunned.
I call back to me now any disowned,
Separated,
Shamed,
Or fearful facets of myself.
I welcome all my hidden aspects into my loving embrace.
I am one with all parts of me in healing and in harmony.
I allow my heartfelt intention to become reality now.
I take a minute and I picture it as done.
I picture myself in my new reality.
I am bending,
Lifting,
Moving.
I am twirling,
Dancing,
Gardening,
Singing.
I am playing,
Relating,
Prospering,
Connecting,
And loving.
The infinite quantum field is also indestructible.
Therefore,
My life force is indestructible,
For consciousness is indestructible.
It is eternal and infinite.
It does not arise or cease to be.
It just is.
And I neither arise nor cease to be.
My quantum energy is simply recycled.
I replicate the attributes of the quantum field of possibilities now.
I am a magnificent manifestation of life,
Love,
Light,
Peace,
Power,
Beauty,
And joy.
I am an instrument of pure life,
Inviting infinite creativity to show forth the warm,
Radiant light of Spirit in my healing progress.
Unconditional generosity flows steadily and powerfully through me.
I live in the realization that I live my life with brilliance and well-being,
With balance and harmony.
I live in joy and I give it to myself and others.
With calm confidence,
I come back now to my breath,
Anchoring in this healing intention.
I see it as complete and I live in gratitude for it.
I like the quantum field,
Am indivisible and indestructible,
And so it is.
