I’ve had a blockage in my solar plexus so dense it felt heavy in my body, expressing itself through anger, and aside from this, feeling fear for my health. Halfway through, the blockage faded and I felt my shakti move up again. Peacefully. I so needed this. The singing bowls started immediately and there was no intro, no talking, just immediate sound bath, which is exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful.
