Let's talk about fitting in.

You know,

We've all had moments where we feel like outsiders,

Wondering if we truly belong.

Maybe you're there right now,

Trying to find your place at work,

Or in your family,

Or even among friends.

So if you're experiencing this feeling,

Let's just pause for a moment and gently shift your attention inward.

Take a slow,

Deep breath,

And just allow yourself to relax fully into this moment.

And as you continue to breathe,

I invite you to reflect on this thought.

What if fitting in isn't about changing who you are,

But about embracing yourself fully.

True belonging doesn't come from others accepting you.

It starts when you accept yourself.

Now as you move throughout your day,

Maybe consider the wisdom of Brene Brown,

Who beautifully reminds us that true belonging doesn't require you to change who you are.

It requires you to be who you are.

Just remember that the greatest gift that you can offer to the world is your authentic self.
