Mick is RYT200 with Yoga Alliance, graduated Yoga Teacher Training w/ Perennial Yoga in Madison, WI, completed 200 hr YTT w/ Siddhi Yoga, and 200 hr Meditation Teacher training w/ YogaMu. Mick is an RPIII, Reiki Master Practitioner in Usui Shiki Ryoho. Mick is an energy worker, a yoga teacher, and hosts a bi-weekly meditation group.
