Her style is grounded in the teachings of Yoga Master Sri Baba Hari Dass & Ashtanga Yoga of Pantanjali, The 8-Limbed Path of Yoga, including breath (pranayama) and meditation. He gave her the spiritual name “Parmita,” Limitless. Her personal practice of energy meditation and Ayurveda weave into her yoga sessions. She has developed Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops, local & international retreats. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and is a former high school educator. She is grateful for all of her teachers & wisdom she has found on her journey & is in awe of how life continues to unfold. Michelle's yoga sessions help ground your energy to align with your true Self and shine brightly in this world.
