Journey On A Train (An Old Edition) : Bedtime Story & Guided Sleep Meditation

Per request, this is a throwback to one of my earliest stories. This sleep story will take you on a train, where you may gently fall asleep with the sounds of a locomotive as you pass by an enchanting landscape beneath a starry sky. Best enjoyed with headphones, this talkdown is led by a soothing female voice that will help you dream away.

This was great all the way round. Thoughtful story, train sounds in the background we’re just right (not too loud or distracting), voice also just right, calm & soothing. This got me very relaxed —- had it been a bit longer, I would have fallen asleep which was the goal! I recommend going on this audio ride.
