
I Am Enough
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lacking in boundaries, or having difficulty in making decisions can oftentimes be the result of not believing "I am enough." This meditation will help you to feel empowered in your life and help you to move forward by incorporating the belief "I am enough." This will help you transform how you show up in the world and experience yourself so that you can create the life you have been waiting for.

Hello to all of my Insight Timer friends.
My name is Michelle Schellfond and I'm delighted that you're here with me today.
Welcome to my latest talk.
And as always,
After the show,

And here we go with the latest episode.
Allow yourself to become present,
Fully present.
We begin with a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath.
Let your eyelids gently drop and become aware of your breath,
In and out.
Let's take a few moments for the body to calm itself.
The mind gets quiet as you relax more and more.
As you focus on your breathing,
Tune out the rest of the world and go deeper within.
Let your thoughts go.
Be here with me in this space of quiet.
Allow yourself to completely let go and surrender.
Beginning at the top of your head,
Your crown,
Soften and relax this area.
Move down your head onto your face,
Relaxing and letting go of all tension.
Moving down to your neck,
Allow it to loosen and soften.
Your relaxation continues down over your shoulders as you feel them drop and relax,
Allowing your awareness to travel down your arms and hands,
Sending any tension out each finger.
You may notice your hands are feeling heavier or lighter as they fully relax and release all tension and stress.
Noticing your chest now,
And traveling down through your core and into and around your waist,
Relaxing that whole area.
Moving your back down to your low back,
Everything is letting go as you fall deeper into relaxation with each breath.
Noticing now your right leg,
Moving down from your waist down your right leg,
Allowing your muscles to unwind and let go,
Letting any tightness loosen and travel down through your leg,
Your knee,
Your calves.
Moving down through your ankle and right out the bottom of your foot,
All the tension gone.
Now moving from your waist to your left leg,
The top of your leg,
Bringing your awareness down through your thigh,
Your knee,
Relaxing each muscle as your awareness travels down through your calf,
Your ankle,
And releasing all stress and tightness or tension right out the bottom of your foot.
Allow my voice to take you,
To guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
Notice in front of you that you're looking down a beautiful staircase.
As you gaze down the staircase,
Your body relaxes even more.
It's just lovely to look at.
In a moment,
You're going to be walking down these stairs,
But for now,
Just gaze down this beautiful,
Open,
Large set of stairs,
Going down to a beautiful foyer.
On the count of three,
Feel yourself move down one step at a time,
Down these beautiful stairs,
Each step taking you deeper into yourself,
Deeper and deeper into your inner most self.
One,
Feeling yourself completely relaxed.
Two,
Getting ready to take your first step down toward the bottom of the stairs.
Three,
Taking your first step,
Feeling yourself drop down deeper and deeper into yourself.
Four,
Taking your next step down,
Each step feeling yourself drop deeper and deeper into yourself,
Feeling more and more relaxed with each step.
Five,
Taking another step,
Falling deeper and deeper into relaxation and into yourself with each step.
Six,
Allowing the sound of my voice to take you even deeper,
Letting go more and more,
Completely letting go with each step you take down the steps.
What a relief it is to feel this relaxed,
So peaceful,
To be connected this deeply into the self,
This aware of yourself with each step you take.
You're now at the last step.
As you step off this last step,
In your deep relaxed state,
You step onto this beautiful foyer near the front door.
From your deeply relaxed state,
Travel now to the next step.
To this front door and open the front door.
Take a deep breath and notice that right outside is the most beautiful place you've ever seen.
As you gaze out,
You feel more relaxed and calm and safe.
You now step outside and sit so you can continue to gaze outside at this beautiful place and fall deeper into relaxation.
In this relaxed state,
Your subconscious mind is fully open to receiving truth.
You are open and willing to hear truth and accept it as your own.
You welcome this truth in and repeat it unconsciously daily throughout the day to yourself.
I am enough.
I am enough.
You will begin to live this new truth as your unconscious mind integrates with your conscious mind.
They will become one.
You will live by the highest truth for yourself,
Which is I am enough.
Many other beliefs are aligned with I am enough.
As these phrases come in for you,
They are easy to believe.
They are a match for your higher self.
You are now ready to believe and accept them all as your new truth that you live by because you believe that you are enough.
This is your new reality.
I am enough.
This is who you are.
Let each truth penetrate into your unconscious mind and become truths that you live by daily.
Because you believe I am enough,
You also believe I deserve to be treated well.
I treat myself with love and kindness.
I only cling to thoughts that are empowering,
Encouraging,
And loving.
For this is what I deserve.
I am abundant in all ways.
I give myself permission to love myself completely.
I give myself permission to let others love me completely.
I am abundant in all ways.
I give myself permission to let others love me completely.
I let love land.
I allow myself to love.
It is safe for me to love.
I am worthy.
I speak up for myself.
My opinion matters.
I matter.
I am successful and it feels wonderful.
Success comes easily for me.
Success comes easily for me.
Breathe.
Take this in and let this land.
I achieve my goals because I am enough.
Nothing gets in my way.
It is safe for me to live fully because I am enough.
I deserve this.
I am whole and complete.
How could I not be?
Any other beliefs are not true.
They are an illusion.
I now claim for myself the core belief that I am enough and all other beliefs that support this belief.
I like myself.
I like who I am.
I am good.
I am good.
I am good.
I love who I am.
Love is universal and kind and I deserve that.
This is who I am and what I embody for myself and the world.
I am enough is easy to believe.
It feels natural.
It is now penetrating through every cell of my body.
My body responds to this belief.
It soaks it in and believes it easily.
I am enough.
Any belief in the way of me fully accepting this is now released with my breath.
Take a deep breath and blow out anything in the way.
It is that easy.
It is a choice.
It is a decision.
Release it now with your breath.
Any belief that is not a match for this is now released.
My self,
My energy easily releases any conflicting beliefs.
Feel the ease of bringing in the energy of I am enough.
I am good.
I am good.
I am good.
Own it.
You just have to claim it.
That's it.
Decide this for yourself.
I am enough.
As you bring this belief in,
You might see a color.
What color comes to you now?
I am enough.
If you see a color,
Breathe it in.
Breathe it in through every cell in your body.
Take it in.
I am enough.
Breathe it in.
Become it.
Open your heart to I am enough.
It is simply a decision to open up to this belief.
With great ease,
Your unconscious mind brings up a symbol of I am enough.
Allow that symbol to rise up now into your awareness.
You will remember this symbol of I am enough easily.
See it now.
Take a deep breath.
Enjoy this feeling of I am enough.
Own it.
Feel it.
Nothing is in your way but your choice.
Nothing is in your way but your mind.
Let anything else go that may be in the way.
This is easy to embrace.
I am enough.
Take a breath.
On the count of three,
You will feel yourself begin to awaken from this state,
Bringing with you all of the new beliefs that come with I am enough.
You will also bring with you your symbol.
One,
Beginning to come back into the room.
Two,
Bringing this new feeling within you of I am enough.
Three,
Feeling yourself come back into presence with this new sense of self,
A self that you love and admire,
A self that is unstoppable and of someone you've wanted to be,
It has arrived now.
Coming back into the room,
Into your body,
Fully present and grounded with a new core belief of I am enough and many supporting beliefs of this new belief.
Take a breath.
And welcome to the new you.
Embodying I am enough.
Open your eyes when you're ready.
I am enough.
