Hello.
Hello,
Everyone.
And welcome to the adult chair podcast.
I am Michelle Shelfont.
Have I got a show for you today.
Dr.
Sue Morter is on the show.
You know,
We talk a lot here about everything is energy,
Your energy,
Emotions are energy,
The human body is energy,
Ensue,
Mortar,
Ugh.
She goes there,
She's got the science behind it.
She really teaches at the crossroads of bioenergetics,
Quantum science,
Spirituality,
Human potential,
Self-healing,
Hear me now,
Self-healing,
Big deal,
Awakening and embodiment.
She's also the author of Energy Codes and the Anatomy of Awakening.
Which is on the New York Times bestseller list,
On and on.
She is incredible and she breaks down emotions,
Physical healing,
Manifestation,
All of it.
She's incredible.
I've wanted to have her on the show for quite a while.
She is finally here and I'm so excited.
So buckle in.
You're going to love this show.
And here we go with Dr.
Sue Mortar.
Welcome to the Adult Chair Podcast,
Dr.
Sue Morner.
It's a pleasure to be here.
Thank you so much for all that you're doing and for this beautiful introduction and all of the all.
I look forward to seeing where we get to go today.
Yes.
Thank you so much.
I was sharing with you a moment ago.
I'm just so happy to have you on.
So much of what you share,
I 100% align with and it's time to talk about this.
So I'm thrilled to have you on.
I was thinking prior to starting,
I'm like,
Where do I want to begin?
Because there's like 50 different ways we can begin the show today.
For people that may not know who you are,
I thought it'd be great to start out with,
Can you just tell us a little bit about yourself,
Who you are and what you do?
Sure,
Well,
I am currently a teacher.
My teachings are around the world,
140 countries.
We're speaking about bioenergetics and a crossroads between quantum science and spirituality and human potential and self-healing and awakening and embodiment and all sorts of fun things that we can probably get into.
Previous to my teaching part of my life,
I was a clinician in the clinic for 20 years.
And in a results-based system that was very interested in teaching people how to heal themselves and how to work with healing on every level in their lives,
Whether it was physical or mental or emotional,
Chemical,
Nutritional,
What have you.
And it also ended up working with people's relationships and their financial circumstances because it's all connected,
It's all interrelated.
And I served on licensing boards and I'm a faculty medical schools.
I've always been very involved in how to educate,
How to turn,
How to integrate,
And how to truly serve humanity.
Prior to that,
I was in school.
Prior to that,
I was a very shy kid that struggled with life in general.
I would cry if an adult would talk to me.
I hid in my room all the time,
Slept on the floor in my closet.
I was just a terrified person.
The fact that I'm out speaking in the world,
Around the world,
And have this of a thing happening is just a testament to the kinds of things that we're about to talk about and how it can transform our lives and really draw the truth up and out and allow us to discover worlds we never dreamt of in terms of living our full potential.
So that's a little bit about me.
I had migraine headaches.
That's what caused me to go and seek meditation because I heard and saw the research that meditation helped migraines and I could help other people in my clinic with their migraine headaches,
But I was missing a day or two a week with them.
So I decided to go and meditate and I instantly started having transcendental multidimensional experiences just like that.
And it did change my life forever.
So that's what sent me on a path of really discovering what it is that's really going on here and who we really are and what we're capable of.
And so I look forward to seeing what we get to share today.
This is going to be a six hour podcast.
OK,
I'm in.
I have about 100 questions already just based on your intro,
So thank you.
I want to start with,
You said some really big things like bioenergetics,
Self-healing,
Migraine headaches,
Now gone,
Transcended.
I mean,
So many things I want to touch on here.
So let's start with,
I do want to get to your migraines and what happened and what happened when you did that meditation,
But what's bioenergetics?
Let's break that down first.
Yeah.
When the heck is that?
Right.
So it's very easy,
Really.
What we know is that quantum science,
And that might be a scary term too,
But science,
Let's just say that,
Modern science is showing us that everything is energy.
Even the physical matter in our lives is just compressed energy,
Like the chair that you're sitting in is energy.
It's just been compressed into solid form.
Our bodies,
Our energy,
It's just compressed into this physiology.
Our thoughts are energies,
But it's just not quite as compressed as our physical bodies.
So on.
So everything is energy.
So bioenergetics just means the energy as it relates to the body.
Bio means body,
Energetics means the energy that flows through the body.
So there's a certain pattern just as an example,
A certain pattern of energy flow that flows through our body that is healing and rejuvenative and it built the body and it sustains the body and detoxifies and cleanses and heals.
And if that energy gets blocked,
We stop healing.
We stop digesting properly.
We stop thinking properly.
Everything shifts when the energy gets distorted or thwarted or suppressed.
We become ultimately anxious and depressed and exhausted.
We don't heal.
It's all the stuff.
All the stuff that we have is a byproduct ultimately of energy not flowing the way that it's supposed to be.
So the study of bioenergetics is how to keep it flowing,
How to get it flowing again,
How to get it tuned in and dialed in into the true purpose of all of this and the purpose of our lives and how it all relates and how to flourish in those ways.
So that's the come from when we're referencing bioenergetics.
So my institute is all about teaching people how to do that for themselves,
How to do it for other people as a practitioner,
How to learn to work with energy through breath work and focus,
And surrender and all kinds of fun things.
We'll see what we need to talk about.
Is it the same bioenergetics as John Perrakis?
The detail here,
The emphasis is also deeply rooted in consciousness and the study of consciousness and ancient practices regarding meditation and the bridge between the mind and the body and so on.
So there's a little bit more of a causal,
All the way back to the basics when I speak about it.
Okay.
It was the same term that I know.
So I just want to make sure that if anyone had that same thought,
I wanted to ask that question.
Okay.
So let's break it way down.
So our energy,
The energy of the body is flowing quite naturally all on its own.
And the,
When we get sick,
It is because it is blocked.
If we really just simplify,
Simplify and break it way down is because we're blocked somewhere.
Yes.
Yes.
Now,
You know,
The most important thing that we don't do is then encourage everybody to go looking for their blockages.
Because the number.
.
.
Excuse me.
Oh,
Excuse me.
Bless you.
Thank you.
I love to be blessed,
So thank you.
The number one way to block the energy is to go looking for the blockages.
Do you follow?
The number one way to ensure that our system is not gonna function properly is if we start looking for what's wrong with it,
Truly.
When we look for what's wrong,
We're starting to route the energy differently than it's designed.
If we're to look for what's right,
And we enhance that,
We will heal whatever the blockage was in the first place.
So it's just some food for thought there.
That's really good.
That's really,
Really good because When we have an ache or a pain or something isn't working in the body,
We automatically we're so programmed just to go to the doctor or we just go,
What's wrong?
I didn't like that word.
What's wrong with me?
Yeah.
And we're looking for what's wrong instead of how else would you say that?
Right.
So what I would say is there are many things you can do before you go to the doctor that you could possibly,
Probably move the energy on your own and allow this thing to self-resolve,
But doing so,
Recognizing that whatever's happening is happening as a signal.
If you end up with back pain or headaches or digestive issues,
To that,
There's a message in it for you.
It means that there are aspects of your own full consciousness that you're not really accepting,
Dialing into,
Engaging,
Or animating.
And so those parts of you are suffering.
For instance,
There's a direct relationship between you digesting something that happens in your life,
Metabolizing it,
Accepting it,
Embracing it,
Not rejecting it and resisting it,
And a correlation to your digestive system.
So if you're resisting these things on a mental and emotional level,
It will show up in the physical body as a reflection and an opportunity for you to realize,
Hey,
There's a lack of metabolism happening,
And it starts with your consciousness.
So consciousness is foundational.
Our attitude,
Our disposition,
Our way of being is foundational to our life experience.
And our body is the caboose on a train.
And the engine of that train is our thoughts and our beliefs and our ways of being,
Et cetera.
So if we're having a physical ailment,
It can be traced back to something non-physical,
But energetic.
And that energetic self is affected by how we think,
Process life,
Who we believe ourselves to be,
What we feel is possible for us or not,
Etc.
So if I have a difficult time exchanging with life freely,
I'm going to have respiratory issues because that's how we exchange with life is through our lungs and through our breath in that way.
If I'm overthinking and over trying and overdoing in that way,
I'm likely going to end up with headaches because I'm overstimulating one part of myself and allowing the whole system to be contributing to my life,
To my day,
To my,
My interpretations of what's happening and,
And so on.
So that's a lot I just dumped on you in the first.
No,
No,
No,
No,
It's,
It's wonderful.
So what do you say to somebody that's had,
Let's say somebody with irritable bowel for like 20 years?
Yeah.
And they still also turn something like that around?
Absolutely.
Is it?
Many,
Many times.
It's not as,
Would you say it's not as easy as someone that just notices it a month ago?
Or is it,
It's beyond time,
Really.
The truth of us is not time bound.
What that means is we can shift things in an instant if we tap the correct frequency,
If we tap into what's really going on there.
So irritable bowel is a byproduct of a lot of anxiety,
Worry,
Externalization of our attention,
Trying to fit in,
Trying to do the right thing,
Trying to be a good person,
Or at least appear to be calm and cool and collected when there's something different going on inside.
And so our digestive system,
It just doesn't stand a chance with the signals that it's getting.
And there's a whole mechanism there that is based in epigenetics and signals,
The crossroads between our thoughts and our physiology,
Our thoughts and our ability to digest.
There's a mechanism there that bridges that.
And so if our thoughts are constantly really unrelentingly oriented,
Like seated in,
You know,
A certain disposition,
Our physiology is going to reflect that.
So for instance,
If I had a patient that was,
You know,
Had irritable bowel,
Was,
You know,
Was really conflicted with it,
Had trouble sometimes when it was really,
You know,
Irritated,
She couldn't leave the house,
She was just,
You know,
It was a thing.
And her mother had it and her mother,
Was a very nervous person and her mother overcame her nervousness by being very judgmental and controlling and always making sure that they did the right thing.
And she was always pointing out when other people were doing the wrong thing and lots and lots of judgment.
So this patient that I had grew up in an environment where that's what you did.
That's just what you did.
When you looked out into a crowd,
You picked out the people who were overweight or the people who were,
I mean,
All the stuff that is so not politically correct today,
But 50 years ago,
That's what she was doing.
That's what she was raised in.
And so she was raised in that environment,
It produces anxiety.
When your foundation is judgment,
You're always afraid of being judged because that's the reality that you know.
And you know how bad it is when you're being judged and what people think because you do it all the time.
And so she was caught in this quagmire.
And when I started to just point out and unpack that with her,
It took her a while to realize that she was actually judging.
She thought she was just very discerning and very astute.
And it had a whole different flavor in her mind.
But when we connected those dots,
The digestive system rearranged because she stopped misusing it.
She stopped misusing the energies of her mind that then were reflected in her body.
Now,
If people are like,
I still don't understand what you're talking about,
Like what's the connection there?
So everybody actually knows this connection.
If you've ever been worried to the point that you got a stomach ache,
You've already experienced this connection,
This mind-body relationship.
Or if you've ever been so frustrated that your throat tightened up and your chest got tight and you're just,
You wanted to say this thing and that physiological reaction is to your mind,
It's to what you're thinking.
Or if you've worried yourself into a headache or worried yourself into sleepless nights,
That's what I'm talking about.
It's just that simple but it can become just that complex if it goes on insidiously for an extended period of time.
We forget that we were ever upset and now it's years later and our system is still locked in to some big upset that we had a long time ago and we don't connect the dots.
And so there's a way to connect the dots and a way to disarm this whole system.
But it's the most common thing that plagues our inability,
You know,
It plagues our ability to heal and renders us,
You know,
Stuck with pain patterns or symptom patterns for long periods of time.
Are you saying the way we speak to ourselves or the way we think is what is preventing us from healing?
Yeah.
Yeah.
But what about not just on a conscious level?
I was you're taking the words out of my mouth.
This is the kind of I love this work.
This is what I do,
Because it's not just consciously.
It's we got to get into the root issue.
I call it the taproot or the belief,
The program that was placed in there when you were probably zero to six.
I don't know what I want to know what your beliefs are about that.
Yeah.
Same,
Same.
Even in the womb,
You bet.
Zero.
Yeah.
Zero to six.
Yeah.
Yes.
By that time,
We're in an energetic soup that is generated by our mother in the womb and our father based upon the influence he has on the mother and then you in the womb.
And so if they're fighting,
You're baking,
You're developing in angry soup,
In frustration,
Or if your mother felt that she didn't have a voice,
The chances are it's having an influence because of the energetic frequencies that are enhanced or distorted in some way during your time as a developing embryo.
So this individual can come out into the world automatically feeling like something's wrong or that something is,
That they're not safe or that they don't have a voice in the world because they were developed in a womb of a mother who didn't have a voice in the world while we were under development.
But I have to say this,
If all that is true,
There's a reason for it.
And now we get into this soulful evolution kind of conversation that is just,
And I bring it up just so that people realize that if you were born into situations or imprinted at a very early age with scenarios and circumstances that have you stuck in a fight or flight reality or believing or understanding yourself from those terms,
There's a reason for it.
It wasn't a mistake.
You weren't duped.
You didn't draw the short straw.
It wasn't unlucky.
Of why you came.
It's what you're doing here.
You came in to take that energy and break it up and turn it into something else through your own life process.
You came in to bring coherence to that dissonant energy field,
And that's how evolution of the individual is happening,
And it's also how the expansion of consciousness itself is happening on this planet.
Big old explanation for the circumstances that we find ourselves in.
And it's important,
I think,
To just inject a little bit of that in the conversation in this moment,
Because it's easy for us to get into this idea of,
You know,
What am I supposed to do?
It was my mom and my dad,
Or it was my circumstances,
Or it was my early life,
And how do I ever get into those patterns and disentangle them or heal them when I don't even know what they were?
And there are some beautiful ways to do that that are so fulfilling and inspiring for us when we start living from this perspective,
Which you know.
But I just wanted to share that there's more than hope.
Is something to be celebrated by all the circumstances that we have found ourselves in.
It's for us.
And sometimes,
Let me just say this lastly.
Please keep going.
Sometimes people will say,
You know,
So many things happened to me.
You know,
My parents were divorcing.
My mother was an addict.
My father was absent.
I was abused.
I mean,
I've had many a patient and then many a student that have shared stories like this of extreme measure.
This is true for some of our listeners,
I want to say this,
That I have this saying that is big beings take on big projects and they get started right away.
They often land right in it so that they never really know the difference so that they can just climb out of that and find their way through the weeds and open it up and evolve.
That big being,
Broad shoulders,
Can handle a lot.
To really.
.
.
And express them into their challenge,
Their edge,
Put them on their edge to awaken to an even greater version of who they are.
So I just wanted to say to everyone who's here that if you've had a long litany of things that have unfolded in your life,
It isn't just about surviving those things,
And it isn't just about undoing the harm or the damage or the wounds.
That's a beautiful piece of life,
And there's more.
Move to the front side of the model of consciousness,
Which I wrote about in my first book,
We start to see that all those things were in our favor.
They're in our favor.
They're honing us and refining us and polishing us and picking us up or pressing us in,
Anchoring us in some way that is shaping us and forging us into the magnificent being that we truly are.
It's actually forging us into a state that allows for our magnificence to emerge freely.
And that's why we're here.
That's what we're doing here.
That's exactly it.
This is why we're here and we forget that.
We forget that.
Why?
And I think people either take that stance of,
Why me?
And I say this all the time.
Ask yourself the question,
Why is this happening for me?
It pulls you out of the victim and brings you into empowerment when you get curious in this way.
But I love your explanation of,
What did you say?
Big,
Big souls have big problems.
Big beings.
Big beings take on big projects.
Big projects.
I love that.
And they get started.
It's a nice reframe,
I think.
Right?
Yeah.
So if you've had a half a dozen things happen in your life before you're 20 years old that were like enough to take anyone out,
Then when someone shows up to me and gives me that case history,
I'm like,
I'm in the presence of a very significant,
Magnificent being,
And I'm going to show them who they are.
That's what I know the moment I start hearing those things.
So I am instantly brought to,
Okay,
I get it.
I know who you are.
You are here to make a huge difference in the world,
And it's going to start with you.
And you might feel like you don't know how to do that,
Or you don't have the wherewithal,
You don't have the faculties,
And you have it all.
You have everything that it takes.
No one has shown you how to use those faculties in a way that can embody that magnificence and utilize that power to pierce through veils and illusions and all sorts of limitations that we've made up for ourselves,
Or our parents made up for us,
Or their parents made up for them and they just handed it down,
Or whatever the case may be.
We have what it takes to transform that into,
You know,
Really heaven earth,
Really,
Truly,
Into a world that is exactly why we came and as beautiful as the one we think is waiting for us at our next stop,
But it's meant to be here and now.
What do you say to people that would say,
Well,
That's hereditary?
You know,
My dad had it,
My grandfather,
My mom,
Whatever it might be.
Same thing,
Right?
Yeah,
You know,
Science doesn't let us say that anymore,
Really.
If we're really up to date on what science is reporting,
It is this world of epigenetics.
And so epigenetics means,
For those that might not have been exposed to it yet,
It means before genetics.
It also means it's primary to genetics.
It's more important than genetics.
So there is something that is more important than the genes that you inherited from your parents and their parents.
So on.
And that's just sort of like a template that is written in pencil.
You can rearrange it.
You can re-scribe it.
And the way that you do is you allow a different energy to be present,
Which will allow your genes to express differently.
If you're just in neutral,
Just like coasting along and not doing anything,
You're going to probably express what you inherit.
But if you're doing something with you,
With the power that you possess,
That maybe your parents and their parents and their parents never tapped into,
When you do tap into that,
It has the power to rewrite what's going to express out of those genes versus what's gonna sit dormant or go dormant and just be there,
Not bothering anybody,
Or dissolve and dissipate altogether as a connected pattern.
So what that means is,
Here's how it works.
Little synopsis there.
On every cell of your body,
There's a little antenna,
Little antennas on the outer surface of the cell.
And they're constantly picking up on whatever frequencies,
Whatever signals are coming to these little antennas.
And the antennas then route that information inside the cell.
And that's what tells your cells what chemicals to produce,
What to be,
What to stop doing,
What to start doing.
That's That's how it works.
And if the message that's hitting this little antenna is one of emergency or stress,
Then that gets routed into the cell and the cells produce stress responses in terms of chemicals that are responding to stress,
In terms of neurotransmitters that are activating the brain in specific ways,
Et cetera.
And so there's that.
And what ends up happening is we're producing more activity and more of a response to that reality,
To that environment.
But what we're recognizing is that we can change the environment,
Not just by thinking positively,
But positive thought does have an effect.
But by dropping into heart coherence and dropping into a sense of love that is unconditional and dropping into a presence of being that is far beyond the personality and your circumstances and recognizing using that deep anchored timeless one that is the healer within,
That is the true soulful self.
It's not the personality,
It's the truth of you.
And it's directly a reflection of this huge unified field that's coming into form and so on.
And so when we are tapping into that and recognizing it and honoring it,
We create an environment inside of our system where those little antennas are now picking up on something glorious,
Something more harmonized,
Something more magnificent,
Something more deeply true than even needing to react to these current circumstances,
Because they're going to come and they're going to go.
There's a version of me that's unwavering,
And I'm enlivening that one.
Now,
The epigenetics is receiving a higher vibrational frequency than your parents or their parents or their parents were receiving.
What happens when those little antennas report this information and then we create this environment and it stabilizes and it's regularly day after day after day stable in this yes instead of a no,
Then what happens is the genes that are expressing survival strategies and patterns stop expressing them because clearly it's not appropriate anymore.
It's not necessary.
And so we shut down the parts of us that are presenting or creating a distorted pattern in the energy field for us.
And so the pattern in the field starts to perfect and we start to disentangle from the pattern that we were stuck in.
And we now are not exhibiting the symptoms of what our parents were exhibiting because we've rearranged.
We've turned off and turned on different breakers in the breaker box of the electrical box in the house,
We've switched some of those around.
And now we carry the possibility for some diabetes or some concern,
But we're not exhibiting the symptoms of that pattern at all.
So we can have an effect on it.
So we don't really get to say,
My parents,
I'm afraid of this.
I was afraid of that.
My mom had that.
Or my so-and-so died of that or what have you,
And it becomes a very real.
.
.
Struggle inside for people.
But I want people to understand that there is something you can do to ensure that you're going to express more fully than that parent did.
You're going to be more aligned with the wholeness and the fullness of the infinite energies of the unified field,
The pure potential of humanity than they were,
Because they weren't exposed to the how-to if they were even exposed to what we're talking about,
Which most weren't,
But they weren't exposed to and living the practices and the ways of being that turn these things on.
So I speak from healing a scoliosis in my own body that I was born with,
The curvature of the spine that caused me pain my whole life,
It's gone.
It has straightened and it has rearranged.
I've healed migraine headaches.
I heal from injuries in a sort of curious way.
Like knock wood,
I don't really want to jinx that,
But I know that it's because of living more in the yes than the,
Oh no,
What if,
Or what if I can't,
Or what if it won't,
Or what am I going to do when?
Those kinds of questions that come from a disposition of not being personally empowered,
They create the reality that we're afraid of.
They're what stops the energy flow from flowing the way it's supposed to.
And all of a sudden,
We're like the train hits this wall and all these cars buckle up on each other.
And the caboose is the symptoms.
That's the physical body is the caboose of this train.
And the engine is your disposition.
Like,
What's your come from?
Are you here full and whole and loving and giving and sharing and having,
Or are you here wanting and scrapping and scraping and surviving and trying and proving and earning,
You know,
Because the latter of the two is pretty tough to develop a healing capacity inside the body,
Because we're spending more energy than we're keeping,
You know?
So where would someone even begin?
Because it sounds like it's more than just identifying.
I have one issue.
It's your disposition,
As you say.
And what if I'm somebody that has,
I'm more pessimistic or the glass is half empty and I just don't think things work out well for me.
And I've been thinking this way my whole life.
Like I can't remember when I was a positive person.
Let's just say no.
Where would people even begin?
Where would someone even begin?
And yes,
I've got,
Let's just say some,
Some physical stuff.
So what would you say to that person?
So first of all,
And nobody wants to hear this,
But it's true,
Free will.
We do have free will.
We are choosing to think that way.
And it's really hard to accept that I would choose to think in a way that hurts me.
It's really hard to accept that,
But it is the truth.
We do have a choice.
However,
We are locked into that pattern and we are so addicted to those frequencies and we identify there that getting out of that even seems like we're abandoning ourselves because it's familiar.
It's not right.
It's not aligned,
But it's familiar.
And so the subconscious that's obviously locked in a fight or flight state,
Or we wouldn't be in that apathetic,
Negative,
Pessimistic,
Overly protective and guarded state.
In fact,
Being in that state is what has dysregulated the nervous system.
And so it's this perpetuating thing that keeps us in that state.
And to jump ship on that seems really scary because I'm still alive.
And even though I'm negative,
At least I'm still alive.
And so if I stop being negative,
I'm not even sure that I can make it because maybe my negativity has gotten me this far.
I don't know.
And that's really how they're living.
And so we just have to say timeout.
Okay.
We have to stop this runaway train.
We just have to give it the big T.
All right.
So when we do that,
What happens is The way to stop that runaway train from crashing in that wall is to bring ourselves back home to ourselves.
That sounds weird,
But let me explain.
When we land here,
We sort of splat energetically.
We disperse.
We externalize our attention.
We give our power away.
We don't know who we are.
We're disoriented.
We're just deconstructed in a way.
It's a rough landing.
We're constantly paying attention to the outer world.
Like,
Do you like me?
Am I fitting in?
Am I doing the right thing?
Am I getting rewarded?
Am I okay?
And all of that external referencing keeps our energy dispersed.
These little photons that are the foundation of everything,
They are controlled by our thoughts.
If we think about that,
They go over there.
If we think about this,
They come here.
So literally,
If we bring our attention into our inner core,
Little photons,
Which are subatomic particles that are little,
Think of them as little packages of consciousness.
They're little particles of awareness.
And if we disperse our awareness to the outer world all the time,
That's who is controlling us.
That's what's controlling me.
That's my reference point.
And the problem is,
You know,
People are fickle.
They come,
They go,
They like,
They don't like,
They're here,
They're gone.
You know,
It's like,
It sets us into this position of constantly being in fear.
Whether we would call it fear or not,
We are uncomfortable.
So we have to pull our attention and gather these photons back into the core of our own being so that we can feel full and whole and we can feel a sense of self.
And when we do,
We are We calm down the nervous system.
We activate the filtering and cleansing and digesting and healing and creative genius,
And it starts with the energy.
If somebody was standing in the doorway of the room that everyone is in right now that triggers you,
That trips your trigger,
Upsets you,
Like,
Oh,
My God,
Every time you show up,
It's,
Oh,
Here we go again,
And they're standing right there.
What happens in that moment is you throw all your photons onto them.
You don't even know you're doing it,
But you're giving them your power.
You keep looking at them in the doorway,
But you call that right back home.
You're going to feel very differently.
You can still talk with them.
It's not like you're saying,
Hey,
Go away.
You're saying,
Oh,
I'm going to just sit right back in here and have this conversation with you instead of being out here in the space on hypervigilant alert to figure out how I'm going to protect myself with the next thing that you do.
I come home and when I do,
I regulate my nervous system differently.
I change the chemistry in my body.
I generate a sense of self that allows me to think differently.
It allows me to be fulfilled and anxious.
Anchored and less pessimistic because pessimism is just a form of protection.
When we're thinking negative,
We were just protecting ourselves.
Sarcasm,
It's just protection.
Worst case scenario,
Glass half empty,
It's all protection.
We're protecting ourselves.
So if we're enhancing the protective personality every day,
We have to turn that around.
We can't do that.
We're not built for that.
We're not built to run from a bear 24 hours a day for 50 years.
You know,
Something's got to give.
Attention back onto self.
There's a statement or a word for it in Sanskrit,
Ancient eastern Indian tradition would refer to this as pratyahara,
And it means bring your energy back onto the self,
Stay on the self,
Stay on you,
Stay on you,
Because it brings you into the present,
It brings you into alpha frequency,
Your disposition changes,
And you feel met,
You feel held,
You feel seen and feel known.
And that's what this negative person is so pessimistic about,
They don't feel felt,
They don't feel known,
They don't feel seen,
They don't feel heard,
And they're angry about it,
And they're just daring the world to love them.
The problem is it might not,
And so you have to.
When you do,
You actually birth yourself into a reality where that love is present all the time,
And then your mind changes.
There are ways to change it.
Is addicted to negative thinking,
And it is an addiction.
There is a chemistry that we become addicted to.
If they are addicted to that and they identify as that person,
If they start learning these techniques of pratyahara,
Of bringing your consciousness into the core of the body,
And I write about that in two books,
The Energy Codes and The Anatomy of Awakening,
That there are so many techniques and so many ways to anchor ourselves back in and on upon ourselves,
It lets a system that was meant to be happen.
It lets it unfold the way it was designed to unfold and to work.
And the next thing you know,
We're sort of like shocked that we're thinking more positively.
We're not driving it and trying to think positive and denying all our negative thoughts.
Please do not go about it that way because that will never work and it will just suppress you and create more addictions of all sorts of other natures because that energy has to go somewhere.
But here's what I would suggest.
Negative.
Love the part of you that's being pessimistic right now with compassion.
Just love it.
Like,
Oh,
My God,
I see you trying to protect me.
You don't really have to.
Thank you.
OK,
Just love it.
Just love it.
And take a breath.
And there are all sorts of embodiment techniques that I teach that show your nervous system how to recognize that you're that you're doing this and to anchor it and to sustain it,
To memorize it so that it becomes cellular memory again.
But but a real good rule of thumb is bring your pratyahara Bring your energy back on yourself.
Stay on the self.
Just stay on the self.
Stay on the self.
And then when you notice a negative thought,
Love the one who's so pessimistic.
When you notice a fearful thought,
Love the one who's afraid.
When you are pretty convinced that it's just unfair,
Love the one who's out on a campaign and picketing life.
Just start doing that because the loving frequency turns the whole thing around it.
It's a vibrational frequency that neutralizes everything.
I call love the universal solvent that it literally,
Nothing can survive in the face of love.
I agree.
It just wins.
It just wins.
So why not enlist the winner?
Like the one that's going to make the goal every time.
Why not get that one on your team?
So we do.
I love it.
We don't realize,
Michelle,
We don't realize that we can love on command.
We don't think we can.
We don't think we can.
And so for the person who's thinking that,
Like,
I can't love this,
You know,
It's just awful.
It feels terrible.
I can't find love in that moment.
Get this.
You're made of love.
You're made of it.
You're made of love.
The unified field compresses and compresses and compresses and compresses all the way to physical form.
And that's you in this body.
If you decompress and go back,
The very last thing that will happen is love.
This first compression is love.
So everything that comes after that is built on love.
Made of love.
So being present with yourself is loving yourself.
So it doesn't have to feel like Hollywood movie type love or Valentine's Day love or romantic.
Oh my gosh,
That feels so,
You know,
Whatever.
It's not love.
That's something else.
But the love I'm talking about is not a sentiment.
It's presence.
When you bring your conscious loving,
Your conscious presence onto yourself,
Love is there.
Love is right there.
You don't have,
It doesn't have to You don't have to conjure up this like,
Ooh,
Love,
The way that we're thinking of it.
It's not that.
It's presence.
So when you're present with your self-love,
You do love yourself.
You are loving yourself.
That is self-love.
So as not to make it complicated to think,
Well,
I can't self-love,
So I'm doomed.
I'm duped.
I can't do this stuff.
You bring your attention back onto you,
Pratyahara,
Call it back onto you,
And then start loving the part of you,
That is so,
You know,
Bent on being negative.
It's just protection.
It's like,
Thank you for the protection.
I don't need it right now.
I'm good.
Thanks.
Thank you so much.
And when you do that,
Things start to shift energetically in a tremendous way.
It changes everything.
It's so simple,
The mind would never believe it.
The mind would never think of it.
And it's not being selfish.
That's not what you're saying.
You're calling photons,
You're calling your energy back.
It isn't selfish,
It's being personally responsible.
You're responsible for the space that you chose to come and occupy.
You're responsible for taking that energy and evolving it into leaving it better than you found it.
That's what you said,
I'm going in and I'm gonna do my part.
So I'm going in,
I came in as a super shy person and a super contracted individual who's like,
Oh my God.
And my job is to transmute that because it's not real,
It's not true.
It's just who I thought I was.
It's how I was being because of energies that I experienced in the womb,
Probably energies from past life.
You know,
Who knows?
I came in,
How do I know to overcome shyness?
Because that's how I landed and it wasn't comfortable.
So if you're uncomfortable,
You're supposed to do something about it.
And you're not being selfish.
You're actually waking up to what you're responsible for doing something about.
And it's so important to realize that the entire cosmos is behind you.
It's in your favor.
It wants this to happen.
You're not alone in this.
It's huge,
The energy that's trying to come through you and into the world.
But when we shut it down,
It stops.
So when we open up,
It can flow through.
So this support is pouring through us.
I call it this continuum,
This through line from the unified field all the way to here is this divine continuum.
I call it that in the Anatomy of Awakening book.
And the reason I point that out is that it shows you how to let that come barreling through you.
And all you're doing is steering it like a giant fire hose.
It's the power and the purpose and the passion that we seek.
So when we open,
And we literally allow it to pour through and we can feel it when it's moving,
When it's pouring through us,
We feel better,
We feel good because that's how we're designed to be functioning.
We kink our own hose.
It's like the fire hose.
We kink it.
Yep,
You bet we do.
Woo!
And we might not even remember doing that,
Of course.
Like what you say,
Zero to six,
It might be like two lifetimes ago,
Who knows?
I actually think that we're eternal because we're made of energy and energy cannot be created or destroyed.
So consciousness isn't going anywhere.
It's what's the foundation of this whole reality that we're living in.
And so if I'm an eternal being,
Then chances are I've gone in and out out of this existence more than once,
And I keep coming back until I get it right,
Until I get good at doing this thing,
At being free,
No matter what my circumstances are,
Because it's just an illusion.
If we could look at it that way,
It becomes a game that is fun to play,
And we're destined to win it,
So that makes it even more fun,
If we know that.
Our destiny is to succeed.
Even if it's only in the last five minutes of your life,
Get this thing that I'm talking about.
You're going to get it.
So my job is,
You know,
What I try to do is to allow people to find ways to get it now so that we can live our lives in this disposition,
In this come from of,
You know,
I've got this.
This is fine.
I just haven't been using my faculties properly.
So it renders me feeling incapable,
You know?
But okay,
If we're trying to drive our car sitting on the hood,
Kind of hard.
But if we climb down in the car and sit down,
Oh,
We got the dashboard,
We got the pedals,
The steering wheel,
Shift.
We have that,
But it's deep in our core.
It's not out there on other.
So this practice of pratyahara is basically subject,
Object,
Subject.
So am I putting my attention on self,
Subject,
Or on other,
Object?
If I'm on object,
I'm in pain.
If I'm in pain,
I'm on object.
If I'm on object and in pain and I come on to subject,
My pain's going to change.
It's going to shift.
It will shift because now I'm in the driver's seat the car.
And then what I do is teach people how to read,
You know,
What's going on in the body.
But I guarantee when you have a stomachache,
It's talking to you and you have a sore throat or your tension in your shoulders or chronic headaches.
It's a language of the soul that is trying to offer it up to us and say,
Got it,
Got it.
I'm creating imbalance.
I'm kinking the hose.
I'm not working with this the way it's designed to be worked with.
I'm afraid to ask you this,
But I want to put myself out there as a guinea pig.
Cause I'm a female and we have mostly a female audience.
We definitely have some men as well,
But I know I'm not alone as I sit here and I'm like,
I want to ask you a question.
Okay.
What do you say about bladders?
You know,
I've gone to several doctors for 20 years over my bladder,
And I can't take the 3D reality of,
You just don't need to have surgery.
I'm like,
No.
Like,
No,
I don't want,
I know,
Like you say,
When I put my attention on myself,
That's not the way.
That's,
There is,
Excuse me,
There is another way.
Yeah.
And it's like,
Where's that instruction manual?
Yeah,
Yeah.
Well,
We're made of the instruction manual,
But we haven't been trained how to use it.
That's the problem,
Okay?
Yeah.
So the body is the instruction manual.
The body is the instruction manual.
Oh,
I like that.
And I'll explain a little bit more about that.
First of all,
There's a psycho-spiritual,
Meaning energetic mind,
Energetic relationship,
Relationship,
Bladder relates to like chronic bladder infections and that kind of thing are related.
Leakage,
Like weak.
It's just weak.
Weak bladder.
Okay.
Weak.
It's just,
Yeah,
All that stuff.
Okay.
And so if the bladder is weak,
There is actually an exhausted frustration that is happening.
If somebody has chronic bladder infections and that kind of thing,
It's frustration.
If the bladder becomes weakened,
It's that I've been frustrated for so long,
I'm now tired,
I'm now exhausted,
And the energies aren't robust and ignited and self-healing and that innate intelligence isn't doing its thing there because of something.
So it's related to something else.
What am I frustrated about?
That's to explore.
But there's a way There's a way to work with it and let the body be the user's manual in a way that we have never been taught.
We've never put them together.
I taught about this in both of my books,
Energy Codes and The Anatomy of Awakening.
I say those titles again because people can learn how to do this.
I'm going to go through it.
I don't want you to think that you should know how to do that now because it's a little more involved than we can do in a conversation so short.
But here's what you do.
You ask not why is this happening or what am I doing wrong?
You don't ask why or what,
You ask where.
The key is where in my body could I build the circuitry to turn on the healing energy again for my bladder.
It might not be located in the area of the bladder.
It might be somewhere else,
But something is blocking the energy that is keeping the bladder from being fed with this rejuvenating,
Enlivening,
Healing energy.
I have an image that might help us.
Let me see if I can find it.
I usually do when I'm teaching.
I normally have this big studio and big images on the back wall and all kinds of things,
But now I have these little posters.
I'm at my summer home and I'm here for another week.
Here we are with our little posters and they work just fine.
I'm assuming everyone is watching this,
But if someone's just listening to it,
I'm going to describe what I'm holding up here as well.
We have one image here that shows a body and energy pouring in from above the head of this body,
Goes right through the body and hits the earth.
That energy then turns and is reflected back up and rises back up through that body and comes out the crown and cycles around the outside of the body and comes back in at the tailbone,
At the base of the spine,
And rises up again,
And it keeps recycling out the crown and around the outside,
Et cetera,
Et cetera.
So this is how our bioenergetics is designed to be flowing.
Energy,
Again,
Coming in from overhead,
Running right down from head to toe into the earth,
Hits the earth,
Turns,
Is reflected back up,
And recycles and recycles and recycles.
And that's how it's supposed to work.
And if it's working that way,
Our bladders work just fine.
So do our heads,
And so does our digestion,
And all of the all.
So does our respiratory system,
Et cetera.
Now,
That's how it's supposed to function.
And now I'm going to show how it's functioning for most of us.
Energy's coming in.
It's coming through the body,
Same way,
Down through the feet,
Hitting the earth,
Rising back up again,
Coming up and cycling around and around and around.
But as it's coming in and hitting the earth and rising back up again,
We have shut ourselves down in certain ways.
We've decided I'm not enough.
We've decided I don't belong.
We've decided I am not heard.
We've decided I don't have the power to do the things that I want to do or to change the things that I want to,
Et cetera.
And so we've shut down.
Now that rising energy has to go around the areas that we have shut down.
And that rising up and around and around and around creates Wobble in the rising energy that wobble creates a distortion in the field Now this individual is standing here looking through a field of energy that is distorted Basically,
We see a distorted reality We hear things that affirm our incapacity to be enough We hear things we see things we draw from things the the affirmation the confirmation the validation of all of the things that we have come to believe about ourselves and that's what these shutdowns represent,
Okay?
So now all I can see is the truth of what I've already decided is true about me.
That's what keeps getting reflected back to me because I've created a field,
An immediate environment that is telling me that I'm right.
So if I believe I'm inadequate,
It will have to show up to prove that it's true because the subconscious will do that.
It will create the reality we are imprinting upon it.
When I say,
Here's the way to start changing this,
When we ask,
Where in the body could I build the circuits,
I'm basically saying,
How can I go from this distorted version to this perfected version?
Because it's in this perfected state that bladders work properly,
Or colons work properly,
Or heads feel good,
And respiration,
We don't stay sick when we get sick,
And on and on and on.
Where in the body?
Is it's going to attract you to here or to here or to here.
It's going to show you which one is in priority,
Which is the first one,
Because ultimately we have to get all these things dissolved so that we're moving straight through this.
We're just metabolizing it and drawing the energy right up through it instead of going around it anymore.
I'm going to show you a little practice that will allow you to do that.
So when I say,
Where in my body could I build the circuits,
That's what I'm asking for.
That's why I pulled up this image to show you this stuff is that here's what you're asking in this moment.
Which one of these do I need to address first so that my bladder can start receiving healing energy and I can not be frustrated and I can start allowing myself to start expressing the way I'm designed to be expressing in this life.
So are you saying there are very specific blocks to look for?
For any ailment,
Let's say,
There are five,
This is the book,
Right?
The five hidden codes,
Or there is five features?
The patterns are innumerable.
Okay,
Okay.
But what you're doing is learning how to work with whatever it is,
Wherever it is,
Whatever the topics are,
Whatever the circumstances are.
So many combinations of blockages are going to create different combinations of symptoms.
So someone might have an inability to be intimate in certain situations,
Like vulnerable and transparent.
You don't have that going on,
Because here you are,
You're like,
Okay,
My deal,
All right,
Do me,
Like fix this,
Okay?
So,
But there are many,
Many things that an individual characterizes themselves around,
Patterns that develop and have started to run our lives.
And our bodies that are all a byproduct of this kind of stuff.
You were two years old,
You were one year old,
You were five years old,
Whatever,
Whatever.
Lots of different orientations here.
This is innumerable.
It could be over here.
It could be over here.
There could be three down here and nothing up here.
It all has to do with our personal evolution and our path and our history on and on,
Why we came and what we're doing here,
What we're really about.
People need to have a bigger picture about who they are and and what we're here doing if they wanna make this job easier,
If they wanna make healing easier.
The more we learn about why we come and what's really going on,
The easier it gets.
It's like,
Oh,
That's no big deal.
But when I don't know who I am and all I know is that I have this bladder symptom,
Not saying that you don't know what's going on,
Because you definitely do,
But if someone doesn't and they're just learning these things,
Just getting started,
It can feel like this is my whole world.
It's like got a hold of me.
It's like everything.
And it's so frustrating.
I'm so worried and blah,
Blah,
Blah.
Blah,
But when we start to open up and learn more and become more aware and more awake to more of the truth of who we are,
This thing is like a little thing compared to all the power that we have to do something about it.
That's why we're here having this conversation and doing these kinds of things.
Back to the project,
You ask,
Where in my body could I build the circuitry for this energy to flow more freely like this today,
And tomorrow it might take me somewhere else?
Next day it might take me somewhere else,
But if I do it enough days in a row,
I get enough of this happening instead of this,
That pretty soon that healing energy is arriving back at the pelvic floor,
And the pelvic bowl,
And the bladder,
And the kidneys,
And the colon,
And the adrenals,
And ovaries,
And the uterus,
And all,
The all,
The all.
It starts doing its thing again because we freed it up and allowed it to,
Invited it to do what it knows how to do again.
We're getting out of the way.
Physically,
We're literally doing something with it.
We're not just saying,
Oh,
I forgive whatever I'm frustrated with.
That is helpful,
But sometimes it's not fast enough for the person to feel the affects enough to stick with it.
And so by doing this,
I find that it does start to create a shift for people so much more rapidly that they get it.
And not only does it address the bladder,
It addresses all sorts of other things along the way because the more this energy can rise up through the body,
The more it starts dissolving some of these things on its own.
Because now we've turned up,
We've opened the valve and it's more powerful.
Do become self-healing again,
And we start healing things we didn't even know were part of the issue,
Part of the problem,
If you will.
That's beautiful.
Now,
What to do?
Lastly,
I'll just say what to do.
You say,
Where in the body can I build the circuits to let this energy flow again?
Let's say it takes you to your throat.
Like your mind just went to your throat and you're like,
No,
No,
No,
You got it wrong.
It's in my bladder.
This is the problems in my bladder.
And I want to warn you that that's going to happen.
It's going to take you to your heart or to your throat or to your gut or something because the bladder is the symptom.
The bladder is not the cause.
The weak bladder is a symptom.
And what you're asking is take me to the cause,
Take me to the cause,
Take me to the cause so that the symptom can improve.
If I address the cause,
The symptom will get better.
So it might take you here.
The next day it'll take you here and here.
So here's what you do.
If your attention goes to your throat when you ask a question like,
Where in my body could I build the circuits to heal my bladder situation,
And it takes you to your throat,
Here's what I want you to do.
I'm just using this as an example.
You bring all of your 100% loving attention to your throat,
All of your sincerity,
All of your desire to heal,
All of your goodness,
All of your intimidation,
All of your authenticity,
All of your transparency,
All of you.
Bring all of you to wherever your mind has gone and sit there and be there and breathe.
And what you're doing is bringing love into an area that has created a blockage in the throat area,
Okay?
And it's creating a distortion and a wobble and a weakening of the energy that could eventually be flowing to your bladder.
So I'm going here.
I'm letting the body show the mind what I need to do to disentangle this contorted distorted pattern that I've generated over the years because I didn't know and I didn't know I was zero to six and so You know,
What am I supposed to do here?
So here's what you're supposed to do You're supposed to begin now begin again to start over because you're a timeless being it's gonna kick in any moment that you begin working with this and when you bring these little photons into this area it starts to it starts to Generate more consciousness in an area that was shut down down and has been asleep and we're waking it up.
And when we do,
We sit in there and love.
And if you sit there for a minute,
And I don't mean one minute,
But if you just sit there with it.
Pretty soon,
It's going to feel like,
Oh.
Like,
Oh,
Oh,
It's going to feel like you sit down inside of yourself.
It's going to feel like welcomed or seen or heard or felt or loved.
It's going to have that same kind of sensation.
And when that happens,
You breathe with it.
You breathe with it and you celebrate that you broke through,
That you broke in,
That you dropped in.
So this isn't just surrender.
It's surrender from trying to fix it in the outer world.
You're surrendering,
OK,
But now I'm going to do something in here that's actually going to an effect,
A direct effect and a direct impact on my situation.
You start breathing up and down that central channel.
You just see,
Do I want to exhale this way?
All of a sudden,
You're going to be exhaling out of the crown of your head,
And it's going to feel like,
What?
You breathe through your nose.
What are you talking about?
Breathe out the crown of my head.
Just do it.
Just trace your breath,
Like breathe,
Breathe,
Up here,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale into the earth,
Inhale back up,
Exhale at the top,
And start carving this because when you carve this pathway,
It starts to stabilize.
This energy field.
And so it starts to allow the good news of you coming home to yourself to be spread throughout your whole body,
Which represents multiple layers of your own consciousness and all of your parts start working together,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your breath,
All the parts of your mind,
They start to integrate.
So it's a bigger picture than that,
But I'm just trying to like,
No,
That's great,
Because it can make a difference in the most magnificent of ways,
Only for your bladder,
But also for all the other things that aren't receiving the energy that they need because of these,
You know,
Shutdowns and blockages and the distortions that we're trying to make do with best we can.
And when that starts to happen,
Lastly,
I'll just say,
You will become aware of your tendency to be frustrated and it will start to release.
You don't have to fix everything.
You don't have to be the one that holds it all together.
You don't have to do the do and be the one and all of that.
In fact,
When we drop in,
And let this happen,
All those things get taken care of.
But we're not specifically trying to do that.
It's like your cup fills up and it runs over,
And what's pouring over is what does all that helping and fixing and nurturing,
But you're not abandoning yourself in the meantime.
So the frustration fades,
Et cetera.
So chronic bladder infections are,
It's sort of like,
I don't really like to say it this way,
Truth of it,
It's like somebody's pissed off.
What's going on?
It's inflamed,
It's irritated.
It's a reflection of what's going on in our consciousness.
So we want to bring it together in this way so that our system can start to really participate with the truth of who we are,
The magnificence of our being.
Thank you,
It was beautifully said.
It's funny,
I don't really ever go to the doctor.
And when I do,
Because they say this 3D stuff,
Like,
Just do a surgery.
I'm like,
Oh,
No,
That's not what I want.
Let me go back to the energetic.
So I walked out of an appointment the other day,
And I don't go on a regular basis.
I just hadn't been in years.
And I said,
Time to do deeper chakra work.
I used to teach chakras.
So that's what I left with like five days ago.
So that was my thought,
I really need look deeper at my first three chakras.
What are,
Based on,
And this is our last question,
But chakras compared to the work you're doing energetically,
What's the difference?
Oh,
Working with the chakras.
Yeah.
Working with the chakras,
Definitely.
It's definitely that.
Levels of consciousness.
See,
I work with the chakras,
I reference them as the levels of consciousness because they each represent one.
This root chakra represents,
You can see these,
These are the chakras.
They represent a level of consciousness.
This is my belongingness.
This is my ability to still belong when I'm engaging with other people.
If I lose a sense of self when I engage with other people,
It's because this second chakra isn't doing quite what it should be doing.
And so that relationship right there is all bladder,
Okay?
Then we move up into this next one,
A sense of self,
Personal identity.
When we come onto subject,
Onto self,
Instead of being dispersed,
All of these get enhanced.
They all start receiving.
Now,
There's also another thing called mula bandha,
And it's contracting the muscles in the pelvic floor.
It's sort of like a Kegel exercise.
Working with that while you're central channel breathing is a beautiful way to also keep establishing and establishing more photon density in my core,
In the bladder area,
In the pelvic floor.
It's a great way.
If you were going to the bathroom and you had to stop the stream instantly,
You would squeeze certain muscles to do that right there.
Just squeeze them.
That's the mula bandha.
It means root lock.
It means you're pulling those energies right into the root chakra and I'm not leaving home without it kind of thing.
And so when we do that,
It starts to bring this healing vital force right into that space.
And if you do that central channel breathing,
Which you inhale from the earth right through mula bandha,
Keep it contracted and breathe up into your belly and then exhale right up that channel and out the top of your head and then inhale for overhead right down into the belly and squeeze that mula bandha and exhale right down into the earth,
You're going to enliven and start that whole toric field movement of the bioenergetics,
The way that it's supposed to be moving.
And it's really planting your feet in the soil and allowing you to remember who you are,
No matter what your good intentions or your life circumstances are drawing forth from you.
So,
Thank you.
I love,
Love,
Love to work with these.
I've seen so many people come off of medications and heal from failed surgeries and do all sorts of things with their lives that they were never able to do before.
And they just didn't know.
We all have exactly what we need to heal and to flourish.
But if we haven't been shown how to use this stuff,
We might as well not have it.
Right.
I love that you said that our body is the instruction manual.
And I'm just thinking if we practice some of the things that you are suggesting,
Everything's gonna heal.
Things I'm thinking about.
Yeah,
It's not just the one thing we're thinking of.
It's like the whole body starts.
Healing.
Enlivening.
Yeah.
And enlivening.
Like,
Yeah,
It's just,
Wow.
Yeah.
That's right.
Amazing.
Thank you so much for the work that you're putting out in the world.
Oh my goodness.
It's my pleasure.
It's my joy.
I can tell.
It's very obvious.
Yeah.
I love it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for being on today.
This was absolutely amazing.
Thank you for having me.
Thank you for doing what you're doing,
Michelle.
You obviously have a great energy and the things that are needed to make a big impact in the world,
I'm definitely feeling those energies in conversation with you and what you're doing to bring people together is so important.
And I so appreciate being able to be a part of that.
So thank you.
Thank you.
