Hello and welcome to today's beautiful vibrational upgrade.
You can start the process by finding yourself in a comfortable seat and bringing your awareness to your physical body.
Can you now do a scan of your physical body moving from head to toe and wherever you notice that you are holding on,
Can you allow that part of you to relax deeper and deeper.
I'm just noticing that with each breath in and each breath out,
You allow yourself to relax even deeper.
Now to start today's vibrational upgrade I would like you to imagine that sitting at the crown of your head is the most beautiful golden light.
This golden light comes directly from the galactic center.
And it starts to move in through your crown,
Moving into your entire body.
With every breath you take in,
Your cells are able to absorb more and more of this golden light.
And like a sponge,
Your physical body absorbs it to its greatest potential.
Just feel yourself now aligning to source energy.
Feel all parts of your body,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional and energetic being aligned to this golden light.
And now we're going to ask this golden light to extinguish any negative or lower vibrations from within your body and field.
And the light is now going to disconnect any cords or attachments,
Returning them to their source with love.
And as this happens,
Just keep on breathing into your heart and holding this vibrational state.
And just completely knowing that all known and unknown negative images and healthy beliefs,
Destructive cellular memory are now being released from you as you go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Now allowing this beautiful golden light to extinguish all unwanted thought forms,
Cords,
Hooks and ties,
And bringing you into that state of complete centeredness.
Now it's time to sit in the vibration of your new identity,
Of your dream life,
Of everything that you are manifesting and calling in for an abundant life now.
And as you sit in that energy,
As you allow this beautiful source of energy to infuse in your body and you sit in that energy,
I'm going to say some affirmations and just feel those affirmations become coded within you.
Just allow these belief systems to become encoded within the deepest part of you.
The future I desire and the future that is for my highest and best is being manifested right now.
I am a magnet for my dreams and goals.
I am achieving my dreams.
I am present.
I am strong.
I am optimistic about the potential of the future.
I am capable of manifesting everything that is for my highest and best.
Every day I'm led by love and joy and I am a magnet for miracles.
I'm a powerful manifester and what I seek is seeking me.

I deserve miracles every hour.
I am vibrationally aligned to a miraculous life.
I'm led by love and joy.
