If you're here right now,
There's a good chance you've been holding a lot together.
You probably become really good at pushing through,
But your body is asking you to slow down,
To become more present,
To bring more awareness and intention into this moment.
So in today's meditation,
We're going to create some space.
So find yourself now in a comfortable position.
You might want to close down your eyes if that feels comfortable.
And take a deep breath in.
And now allow yourself to exhale completely.
You don't need to fix anything right now.
And you don't need to work anything out.
You simply need to slow down and give yourself permission to rest,
To reset,
And to feel into where you are right now.
So take a moment to move out of your head and into your body.
Bringing your full awareness into the sensations of your body.
Where are you holding on?
Can you feel that contraction of stress in your body?
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.
And allow your stomach to release any tension that it's holding on to.
And just give yourself permission now to drop deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
Because most of the time we don't realize how much we're carrying until we pause and allow ourselves the space to feel.
So take in another breath.
And as you exhale,
Let your shoulders drop even more.
You don't need to hold it all right now.
You can put some of it down.
Even just for this moment in time.
If you notice your mind wandering,
Gently bring your attention back into your body.
Feel your feet.
Feel your awareness here.
Because right now you're giving yourself the space to come back into your body.
Maybe your mind is still busy.
That's okay.
Your body is just learning how to slow down again.
So just keep breathing.
Those different parts of you.
To soften.
Even.
I'm going to give you a few moments here.
Just to stay with your breath.
To come back into yourself.
And to cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Not rushing towards what needs to be done next.
Just gently returning.
I wonder if you could spend some moments now Visualizing moving through your day or night from here.
Still doing what needs to be done.
But not from that same pressure.
Or rushed pace.
A little more steady.
A little more intentional.
And notice how you feel now.
Even if it's a subtle shift.
Because this is how it starts.
Small intentional pauses.
That recalibrate your nervous system.
Small moments where you cultivate the space to come back to yourself.
So take one more deep breath in.
And a slow breath out.
And as you move back into your day or night.
Become deeply intentional in how you move.
The awareness.
The presence.
The connection to this moment in time.
You can come back here whenever you need.
