So with the shift of focus from sound to the internal landscape of your being landing in the body landing in the feet and including in that awareness the seat or if you are lying down the way the back is in contact with the surface you are on noticing the sensations in the hands and the aliveness of the breath knowing the body,
Breathing knowing the body is made up of the same elements as the earth the elements alive the body alive is a process rather than an entity and in this nuanced stillness of the breathing space feeling the support from below of the earth so this is earth meeting earth the body is earth in oneness with the ground swell from below now seeing if it is possible to relax,
To release,
To give into this relationship,
Into this intimacy of connection to relax a little bit more deeply within yourself and with yourself so allowing the arms to agree fully with gravity,
Sensing their heaviness wherever they have landed wherever the hands are in contact with the rest of the body a softening of the ribcage with every exhale and in that moment of stillness between breaths allowing for other aspects of your experience to filter in the sounds the ear elements which may include smell and taste let the sound of the bell be an invitation to extend this mode of being to your next activity or further may it enrich your movement may it enrich your rest may it enrich your communication may it enrich your self-care for the benefit of not only yourself but of others the sound of the bell the sound of the bell the sound of the bell the sound of the bell
