The intention for this practice is to turn toward listening,
And this time instead of words as guidance,
To use sounds as the anchor.
I will ring a higher pitched gong to start and to end,
And in between I'll use a lower pitched one and ring that intermittently.
So please settle into whatever posture will be supportive of your practice.
And when you notice your mind wandering,
Use the sounds that you hear and notice the silences between the sounds and make use of those as an anchor to bring the mind back to this present moment experience wherever you find yourself.
