Welcome to the healing your childhood meditation experience.
The purpose of this meditation is to go back in time to a time when you were experiencing some difficulties and traumas and with the resources and support you now have to help heal your past self,
To release negative feelings and to give yourself the childhood that you wanted because as the saying goes it's never too late to have a happy childhood.
You can do this meditation as many times as you like to heal different areas,
Different times of your life and each time you do it you'll come back feeling refreshed,
Transformed,
More relaxed,
More light and more able to enjoy your beautiful life right now.
So to begin let's start with some gentle beautiful breaths.
Make sure you're nice and comfortable somewhere,
Make sure you're not going to be disturbed so you can really enjoy this healing experience.
As you breathe now just letting your whole body start to relax with each breath.
Breathing in and out very slowly and gently as your whole body begins to feel more relaxed with each breath.
As you breathe in just imagine a beautiful feeling of light and calmness filling you up.
And as you breathe out just allow that wonderful feeling of relaxation and peace to fill your whole body.
Each breath taking you a little deeper,
Making you feel just a little bit more relaxed and at peace.
Centred and safe,
Secure.
As your breath slows down and now just hold your intention for this journey.
What would you like to heal and transform?
Thinking of a time where something happened that has changed your behaviour now and just hold the intention that in this journey you are going to begin that healing process.
Clearing the past and creating new memories,
Giving yourself the love,
The resources,
The support that you needed at that time so that you come back feeling stronger,
More confident,
More inspired and you can enjoy your life more.
And as you breathe now,
Think of the time that we are going to go to,
The age,
Make sure you're comfortable to do this right now.
And when you're ready just imagine a descending escalator,
A very relaxed escalator and as you step onto this descending escalator you begin to feel more and more relaxed as it moves down gently,
Gently.
As you move into the past,
Very calmly,
Just breathing and feeling that movement down into the past,
Noticing time moving past you as you descend gently,
Slowly and calmly towards the past.
The escalator is helping you feel more relaxed,
It's a safe place and slowly you're going back in time until finally when you're ready you'll reach the period that you're going to heal and you will then move off the escalator and see yourself as a little child or however old you are,
As if you're looking at yourself from a distance.
So make sure you're ready and then get off the escalator at the right point and notice yourself as if you've gone back in time and you're in the room or in the place where you see your former self and you're here with all the resources and love and light to give to your former self.
You've come back to give the love and the help that you need.
And now notice yourself in the past and the first thing we do is to help release the emotions and the pain in that self.
Imagine your past self can now pull out the negative feelings and put them on a screen.
So just see yourself pulling them out,
Putting them on a screen and behind this screen is beautiful white light.
So you pull out those negative feelings,
Put them on the screen and the screen begins to fade away into the distance.
The edges dissolve,
Everything gets lighter and lighter,
Fainter and fainter,
You feel lighter until that fades away into the distance,
It disappears.
And again pull out any other negative feelings from your body,
From your heart and mind onto the screen and just gently notice that screen being pulled out,
Pulled away,
Dissolving,
Disappearing like a faint memory that never was,
Maybe it was a dream as it disappears.
And as you do this again noticing the memory of even the past begins to change as there's no negative feelings,
Your feeling about the past is now like a nightmare that became a happy dream.
As you pull out any more negative feelings onto the screen and let them be pulled away,
Pulled out into that beautiful light,
Feeling lighter and lighter,
Noticing the whole scene becomes lighter as those feelings,
Those memories dissolve into the light.
And as you breathe,
Feeling more relaxed and allow yourself to continue pulling out these negative memories,
Negative feelings,
Any events as if they get pulled onto the screen and then dissolve into the distance as if they never happened,
Like an old memory of watching an old movie that you vaguely remember that doesn't mean anything to you and disappears from your awareness.
And as you pull out more memories and more emotions,
Everything starts to feel lighter and different,
Dissolving,
Disappearing,
Almost as if it happened to someone else on a TV show in some other place,
In some other time,
As you breathe and feel lighter and more relaxed.
And for the last time now,
Just pull out any negative feelings or negative memories in that period of time,
Put them on the screen and notice them floating away,
Flying and floating away into the distance,
Setting yourself up for a new life,
A new memory,
A new experience as they disappear.
And now that the past is cleared,
You've created space for new experiences.
Your higher self right now has all the resources and support and ideas and love that you need to create a happy,
Inspiring childhood or past memory.
Knowing what you know now,
What wonderful experiences would you love to create for this past self?
Just take a moment to imagine a happy childhood.
Maybe you're receiving the love and love and care and kindness that you deserve.
Maybe you're having fun with other people,
Other children.
Maybe you're doing fun things that you love to do.
It could be anything you want.
This is your creation.
So just imagine what you'd love to design for yourself.
The most wonderful,
Healing,
Beautiful experience.
And now step into the body of your little self,
Your younger self,
And allow yourself to experience in your body the wonderful experiences,
The happy experiences,
The beautiful childhood that you want.
Paying attention to how you feel,
To what you see,
What you hear,
What you smell and taste,
Touch.
And take the time now just to go through this beautiful new childhood to go through this beautiful new childhood doing fun things,
Beautiful things,
Enjoyable things,
Exhilarating,
Magical experiences to gain the confidence,
The stability.
Everything you need,
You're giving yourself that,
Experiencing that right now.
And gently noticing the good feelings,
The shifts in your being as you give yourself the resources,
The experiences,
The support,
The love to completely heal the past,
To rewrite everything in your mind,
In your memory,
In your body.
And now very calmly bring your awareness back to you as the witness,
See yourself with this new memory,
This new childhood.
And as you breathe now,
Grounding that new memory into your brain,
Into your body,
Into your psyche,
That confident,
Healed new self.
And that happy new child,
That happy new being,
Because of being healed,
Will now change the future and act differently in every other situation throughout life from that moment onwards.
And just let that awareness sink into your being.
And those changes have far-reaching repercussions in a good way.
Just breathing that in,
Noticing how your being healed at that point in time,
Heals the future.
How you're more resilient,
More happy,
More capable,
More able to deal with things because you have all these resources,
All these tools,
All these tools,
How you're more resilient,
More happy,
More capable,
More able to deal with things because you have all these resources and experiences.
Give your past self a hug.
Tell yourself that you'll be back whenever you need to,
To continue to give love and resources.
And now,
Gently step back onto the escalator going up.
And as you do,
As you go back from the past to the future,
Noticing these positive changes in your life as you move upwards,
Feeling lighter and lighter,
Happier and happier.
You're going back to the future with a happy,
Inspired,
Healed,
Confident new life.
And as you move up now,
Just notice the difference in your feeling.
It could be subtle,
It could be obvious.
Any changes,
Just notice how good you're feeling.
Breathing that into your whole body.
And we're going to count from three to one.
Three,
Feeling better and better and better,
Getting up to the top of the escalator.
Two,
Feeling so much lighter,
Your eyes begin to open.
Feeling a beautiful shift,
A wonderful refreshed new energy.
And one,
Open your eyes,
Feeling wide awake and alert and inspired and happy.
Getting ready for a new life and noticing what has changed,
What a wonderful new world,
New opportunities,
New potential has opened up for you right now.
And as you smile,
You notice that you can go back and change any other thing you want in your past,
Heal everything gently,
Gently.
So again,

You can go back to this many,
Many times.
I recommend you do this for 40 days and change different things and keep focusing on those good feelings.
Each time feeling lighter and lighter,
