So let us begin by taking some beautiful deep breaths.
Really breathing in deeply and letting it go out.
Breathing in through the nose.
Nice deep breath and relax.
This meditation is all about feeling good,
Feeling good right now.
So take a nice deep breath and a big smile.
Nice big smile.
Glowing warm smile.
And just notice how you breathe when you feel good.
Remember a time when you felt so,
So good.
When you felt so good.
And remember how you were breathing when you were feeling so,
So good.
And just breathe that way that you breathe when you feel so good.
Noticing maybe how you breathe deeper when you're feeling good.
And bringing back a memory into your mind of a moment in time where you were feeling so good.
Where you felt happy in your heart,
Warm.
Just bring that memory into mind.
Where you felt satisfied,
Full,
Complete.
And you just felt so good.
Breathe the way you breathed when you feel good.
Breathe that now and smile as you breathe.
As you smile you notice a glow,
A glowing warm energy around you.
Coming over you.
As if your face is beautiful glowing light.
Almost glowing so much you could light up the darkness.
That's how much glow you have in your face.
Opening your heart and just feeling good in your heart.
Notice how you feel when you feel good in your heart.
When your heart feels at peace.
How do you feel?
How do you breathe?
Just breathe that way.
Keep that beautiful breath.
Nice big breath,
Nice big smile.
You can try but you can't stop that big smile.
That beautiful smile on your face.
It's just such a wonderful smile,
Natural smile.
And it's easy to smile as you breathe in this good feeling breath.
Feeling better and better with each breath.
Imagine there is a dial of turning up your joy.
You just turn up that dial like you would turn up a stereo controller.
Just turn it up,
Turn it up,
Turn it up.
As that smile gets bigger,
The good feeling gets stronger,
The breath gets deeper.
Completely relaxed with that beautiful breath,
That beautiful smile.
Bringing into your mind that memory when you felt so so good.
Just keep that memory,
See it clearly.
Be there,
Be in the body,
Breathing that way,
Smiling that smile.
Feeling so good,
Feeling even better than you did.
Just bring that into your awareness.
Breathe it,
See it,
Smell it.
Be there fully with that beautiful big smile.
Beautiful smile,
Huge wonderful breath,
With huge wonderful breath.
Huge wonderful breath,
With huge wonderful smiles.
Just noticing how nice it feels just to breathe and smile.
Just to simply allow yourself to feel good to breathe and smile.
Allowing that natural happiness,
That natural happiness that you have forever inside of you just to come out as you breathe and smile.
Breathe and smile.
Beautiful deep breaths,
Powerful blowing smile.
And noticing that happiness feeling in your heart getting stronger and stronger with each breath,
With each smile,
With each moment.
And all you're doing is remembering a memory of feeling good,
Breathing the way you do when you feel good and smiling,
Smiling into your heart,
Feeling good right now.
And just imagine how wonderful your life would be if you were to smile and feel good all the time.
Just imagine how you would feel,
How your life would be if you felt good all the time.
Just keeping that beautiful smile and imagine going through just one day of your life,
Just imagine one day,
Today or tomorrow,
Just going through the day feeling good and smiling the whole day.
Just imagine waking up with that beautiful smile,
With that beautiful breath.
Waking up with that happiness in your heart and smiling on the day,
Glowing as you wake up.
And just see yourself enjoying that moment and going through your day smiling and breathing deeply.
Just enjoy that beautiful smile and that beautiful breath as you imagine yourself walking through the day,
Floating through the day with a big smile,
Completely grounded,
Yet feeling happy,
Happy,
Happy in your heart.
Just take the time to go through one day as quickly or slowly as you like with that beautiful smile,
Noticing how good you feel.
As you do everything,
It's the same things,
But you feel good,
You breathe differently,
You have a smile on your face and you are happy.
Just see that vision,
Feel that vision,
Allow yourself to experience a whole day of happiness,
A whole day of smiles,
A whole day of breathing beautifully,
Deeply,
The way that you breathe when you're happy.
And that's right,
So good to see and feel yourself as you're designed to be,
Happy,
Joyful,
Light,
Easy,
Relaxed as you go about your day.
No matter what happens in the day,
You keep your beautiful smile and your beautiful breath,
Smiling on the day,
Smiling on your life,
Smiling on other people,
Smiling on the world.
And just keep playing the smile,
Playing the image of your day,
Going through all the details,
Meeting people,
Seeing things,
Hearing things,
Eating things,
Wandering around,
Whatever you're doing,
And just see yourself,
Feel yourself with that smile on your face,
Happiness in your heart and a beautiful day.
And just remember,
The more you see and feel this,
The more that's where your day becomes.
You can have a happy smiling day all day long,
Not just sometimes when things happen a certain way,
But all the time.
Happiness is your nature,
Happiness is your birthright,
Happiness is natural and healthy,
And you deserve to smile and breathe deeply and feel good every day,
No matter what happens.
You deserve to feel good,
You are designed to feel good.
So just enjoy this wonderful opportunity to experience your whole day,
Experience your whole day,
Happy days,
Happy days,
Happy days.
These are the days of your happiness,
These are your happy days,
These are the days that you smile,
Smile sweetly,
Strongly,
Breathe deeply and just enjoy this experience.
And you can come back to this experience whenever you want this meditation to make it stronger,

The smiling,

Start each day with a little visualization like this one you've been doing,
To experience your happy day,
Your peaceful day,
Your feel good day before anything even happens.
Every morning and every evening,
See that happy day and each day will become happier,
More meaningful,
More enjoyable,
More wonderful from now,
Right now,
Right here,
Right now.
So keep that big smile going,
See that day and come back to this experience as often as you like.
Take the rest of the time now to enjoy that happy day until you feel good from morning,
Until evening,
From the moment you wake up and take your first breath,
Until the moment you drift away into the land of sleep at night.
