This meditation will guide you to detach from both the past and anticipation of the future,
So you'll be fully present within the current moment.
For when you are fully present in the now and appreciating the moment,
You will initiate inner peace and resilient well-being.
So let's begin by getting comfortable and settling into the moment,
Whether you are laying down or seated in a chair.
Just relax and close your eyes and begin with a big deep breath in and out and in and out and in and out.
Each breath grounds you,
Calming you and aligning you with this current moment.
And feel into the space you occupy,
The ground below you.
Wherever you're laying or the chair you're sitting on,
Really feel the experience of being where you are.
Using all your senses as you continue to breathe,
Noticing how you feel,
The clothes you're wearing,
The air around you,
The temperature.
And as you feel your current experience,
Just notice how it feels without analyzing.
You are the objective observer of this current moment right now.
And if you notice any sounds or distractions of any kind,
That's perfectly fine for they are reminders of this current moment and our present experience.
And there's a gift in everything around us for it brings us back to where we are.
Maybe you felt caught up in the past or thinking about the future.
For now you can let that all go.
As you breathe and relax,
Allow your senses to expand throughout your area with your eyes closed.
Noticing through your imagination and your intuitive energy what's around you in your space.
Whether it's a desk or a computer,
Maybe you're outside,
Lights,
All with your eyes closed.
Utilize your senses to sense what's around you,
In front of you,
Behind you,
To your left,
To your right,
Above you,
And below you.
Just notice and feel.
Your awareness expands using all your senses.
You may feel something.
It could be a vibration or an awareness that is different from what your eyes might pick up.
For this is an opportunity to sense your surroundings and to tune in at a deeper level that grounds you and centers you in this present moment right now.
And I know,
In your new universe you might Saint Louis or at least kinda center in this Continuing to breathe,
Your awareness expanding beyond your surroundings,
Throughout the world,
Breathing and feeling your current experience so peaceful and present.
And as you continue to breathe,
Notice your body from your feet,
Through your legs,
Into your seat,
Your stomach,
Your back,
Your chest,
Shoulders,
Your arms,
Hands,
Your fingers,
Your neck,
Throat,
Your face,
Your mind,
And the top of your head.
All of your body so present in this moment right now,
Using all your senses,
Feeling your way,
Yet grounded,
So clear and so calm.
You are living in the moment,
Which is so important,
Being present and free of the past and what's coming,
For everything you have is right here in the now.
Enjoy it and experience it,
Because when you do,
You align yourself with your highest and best self,
Drawing to you new experiences that light you up and carry you forward,
All based and connected to this moment right now.
Feeling to breathe,
Feeling more present and more aware of your experience and your placement in the space you occupy and the area you are,
Breathing in and out.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes and come back to your space.
