Hello my dear friend and welcome to this meditation.
Relaxed at ease to quieten your mind,
To give you a moment of rest,
Relaxation.
Perhaps,
And if you need to,
Aid can also help you fall asleep.
Or take a little nap during the day,
Or reset your mind when you needed to.
If you have found a comfortable spot and you feel ready to start this meditation,
I will ask you to gently close your eyes.
Maybe make a last shift or two to find that perfect spot or just the one that feels close enough to being perfect And once you found the spot that you like,
Notice if you can feel just 5% more comfortable.
Drop into your body try to feel it from inside try to almost step back into it something that we forget during the day take a deep breath in Hold it.
And breathe out slowly through your mouth Continue breathing normally.
And you can set an intention of how you would like to feel in the end of this meditation.
Perhaps you can feel the air around you.
Is it warm?
Is it cool?
Is it barely noticeable?
Do you feel anything else?
Do you feel any smells?
Perhaps in the space that you are in or maybe some very distant ones that make it all the way here.
The ones you're used to.
And don't notice anymore.
Maybe you can try to discover them in you.
What about sounds?
Apart from my voice,
What else can you hear?
Are there any sounds coming from outside?
Does anything in the space that you are in make a noise?
Notice how many different sounds.
Can you count?
Maybe you feel the sounds of your body too.
Maybe you feel how with each breath.
You add.
To these sounds that are around you.
Notice the feeling in your feet.
Of your toes try to feel them individually give each of them a little moment in which you check in and discover how they feel at this precise moment If you can't feel them,
Imagine.
Bring your attention to your fingers,
Each of them individually.
What story are they telling you?
Fill your eyes.
What feeling is behind them?
If there is strain,
Try to ease them.
Relax them.
Let them rest.
Make sure you're not clenching your jaw.
And your shoulders.
They drop back.
Bring a conscious effort to relax them.
Is there anything else in your body?
That could use a little bit more release.
Make sure to bring your attention to it.
And go for it.
You can relax.
Notice everything that your skin touches.
Maybe it's your clothes.
Maybe it's the surface on which you're laying down or sitting down Maybe some objects around you.
Notice beyond that.
Maybe even the sensation of your hair on your skin.
Can you feel your own breath?
Can you feel a draft?
Can you feel the humidity?
The dryness.
The stillness.
Notice your body as a whole,
Not by parts but as one big pulsating organism.
And this will be different every time.
Feel where right now.
The energy center of your body is.
This space may feel like the warmest space in your body,
The space with a lot of light,
A lot of electricity,
A lot of volume,
A lot of sensation a lot go.
Feel this space and breathe through this space.
With each breath.
Feel it growing.
And growing.
Filling with light.
And warmth.
Feel it expand.
Feel it grow outside of your body.
Visualize it.
This shining being that can fill an entire room.
And more.
Feel it growing beyond the walls of your room.
Expanding about the ceiling and the floor,
Viewing the windows and the corridors.
Be on the roof of the building you are in.
Be in the streets.
In the town.
Feel how big the light is,
How bright or warm.
Feel how it fills everything around you as if with each breath.
You can feel the empiricity.
Country.
Of the world.
This light.
Feel yourself change shape.
Ask yourself.
Do you feel light or heavy?
Do you feel that your body has any temperature?
Does it feel hotter?
Cooler.
Do you feel it?
Your body changing shape.
With this expansion.
You have shapeshifted.
And so just like this.
We will breathe through this feeling.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath out.
Continue breathing,
Continue exploring this sensation.
Continue being in this space.
Notice what is it that could bring you back into your body.
What part of your body could pull you back in into the sensation of being human.
Into the shape that I want.
You are used to.
What is it in you that tells you who are you?
Perhaps it's back to the objects that your body is in touch with.
Perhaps it's your breath.
You're breathing.
Perhaps it's the movement that you make.
Just to make sure that you are still here Perhaps it's the sounds.
The temperature in the room shifting.
Perhaps it's my voice.
Or your own voice.
Notice.
How did those points that you have poured your attention in previously change?
How does your jaw,
Your shoulders,
How do your toes and fingers feel now?
You're welcome to move them to stretch.
Touch them gently.
As your breathing slowed down,
Have your eyes rested.
Has your intention come true?
Take another deep breath.
Hold it.
And release it whenever comfortable.
Thank you for sharing this journey with me.
And if you wish to step back into the day.
This will be the end of this meditation.
Or if you wish to.
Stay in this feeling longer or perhaps you intend to sleep.
I will do a little countdown so you can drift away.
Let's do the count of 10.
With each breath,
Melt your body into the space that you are in.
Release your control of it.
Release holding on to it.
Will count from 10.
Then.
.
.
9 Seven.
Saves.
Cinco 4 3 2 1 does.
