This meditation is an easy way to let yourself relax and replenish your energy. I make it with a lot of love and pour from a full cup. After a few minutes of whispered introduction you will encounter some soft tapping, scratching and crinkling sounds. As always I made sure that no sharp or loud sounds are present, leaving you a soothing and pleasant sound experience to enjoy. Best listened in headphones.

Good evening,

My dear ASMR meditators,

Please sit up.

This will be an easy,

Soft,

Relaxing,

Very simple little ASMR of which that you would enjoy too.

There will be crinkling noises,

Some glass noises,

Whispering of course,

Tapping,

Plastic textures as well as materials.

I have a whole range of things that I want to share with you.

By practicing this active but relaxing listening,

We can feel the sensations that arise in our bodies,

A wave of relaxation that travels from the bottom of our skull,

Of our spine to the very bottom.

The sensation may be different for everybody.

The ASMR is special in that,

Similarly to meditation,

It gives us the space which we carve out to give us,

Take it easy.

I charge the space,

Quality,

A lot of simplicity and ease.

I hope all your worries and pain,

All your thoughts and troubles and dissolve words in your head,

Be you,

In your body,

In your precious physical vessel of being.

So take a deep breath in with me,

Feel the beating of your heartbeat and release fully.

Continue breathing and listening to your breath.

You may use the technique that you know or simply breathe with awareness,

Letting your belly expand as you breathe in and fall as you breathe out,

Making extracts that I have here.

This is the sound of a glass vase,

So you may hear my voice being as if I am in a vacuum.

I really like this sensation,

As if I am speaking to you through many and many layers of dreams and thoughts.

But it's only temporary.

Your voice drives you closer and closer,

Closer,

Closer,

Closer,

Closer and closer,

Closer,

Closer,

Until it's very,

Very.

.

.

This vase was a gift,

Christmas tree,

Which was growing in it,

But as Christmas time has finished,

The Christmas tree served its time.

It's silver in color,

Grows its round surface.

It's not too big in size,

Just comfortable enough to sit on you in the snow.

Do you like some noises more within yourself?

Do those sensations,

Do those thoughts,

The different noises,

What associations,

What meanings does your brain come up whilst you are listening to a next set of objects?

They might sound similar in texture.

It's my little.

.

.

Box itself is wooden,

And it's not actually a box,

It's a bowl,

But the jewelry is made out of different materials,

Sort of plasticky,

Or made of plastic.

There is also a handmade necklace made out of beads.

The rest are all silver,

Or crystal ring.

Some of them don't make the most pleasing sound,

But it's okay.

This next one,

To your listening palette,

Cloth material.

Just a little bit textural,

So delicious.

One of my favorite sounds,

The stickiness,

Is the sound of a plastic knitting or crochet.

The sounds are left with the seeds inside,

But then with soil and water,

So the seeds can grow and be reused.

And this one makes me feel love,

When we can have two cord sounds for me,

Together with smells.

But even the sound of its wicks bring you a step closer.

Be wasteful and burning these candles today.

Apart from the one that I have just lit,

They will wait for their time in meditation for you.

Some very special wishes and feelings of incredibly recharging rest peacefully.

Regain your strength,

Your electric sensations,

Your body's desire to feel and to be alive.

Feel through your body each sensation coming to you.

Your beating heart,

Your pulsing voice,

Your tender skin,

The fluids of your body,

Receiving the world as is.

I feel incredibly grateful that you shared this peaceful time with me.

I share with you some sweetness.

I don’t really remember what it was like because I fell asleep so fast so I assume it was amazing haha !Can you make a video with the trigger words: lipgloss, noodle, sticky, poster, reader, potato and honeycomb? Thanks I love your work ♥️(it doesn’t have to be all the trigger words because I know that’s a lot!)
