Good evening and thank you for joining me today in this meditation to aid you in your journey of sleep.

This is perfect if you want to have a night full of relaxation,

Rejuvenation and renewal.

Take this time as the time of pure bliss,

As the time in which you can restore yourself,

Your inner energy and your truth.

Today I would like you to visualize a warm,

Soft blanket drawing over you,

Starting at your feet and covering your whole body.

Imagine that this warm blanket is a soothing,

Light,

Warm,

Cleansing,

Soft and pleasant body of water.

You are covered with it,

You are floating in it,

But there is no heaviness,

Only lightness.

I hope you are feeling how this warm blanket of water is washing over you and somehow has the ability to sink into each part of your body,

Making you merge together with it,

Making you become one with it.

Let it sway through you,

Let it take you on a journey,

Let it carry you home.

It's warm and pleasant and relaxing and you feel it with every part of your body,

In every part of your body and you feel together with this body of water,

With this soft blanket.

Bring awareness to your skin.

Notice everything that touches it,

Maybe clothes that you are wearing,

Maybe the hair on your body,

The surface that you are laying or sitting on,

Maybe a pillow under your head or a blanket on top of you.

Notice at which points does your body feel all these things around it.

Be really aware of each sensation and if you want,

Try to extend it beyond your body,

Try to extend it into the nearest objects that are touching your skin.

And if you want to go even further,

Expand your feeling,

Your sensation to anything that is around you in this room that you are in.

Expand like a balloon is expanding when you exhale your air into it.

Expand like a cloud expands when it gets full with water.

Expand like your belly expands when you breathe in.

Try to feel and if this seems too obscure,

Too abstract rather,

Stay on the sensations in your body,

Hold on to as much as you can,

Register every feeling.

Whenever you feel like you are losing focus or concentration,

Come back to your body.

Your favorite part is,

Usually your body knows all the answers and even better,

It has the ability to ground you,

To bring you closer to your truth,

To your most natural,

Most calm,

Most real state.

Come back to the feeling of a warm body of water washing over you.

Imagine that bit by bit you are dissolving in this body of water,

But you are not disappearing,

Rather every bit of heaviness,

Of darkness,

Of doubt,

Guilt and fear is dissolving into the water,

Disappearing into small little bits that you let go fully and freely.

And hold on to it,

To make it more precise,

Ask yourself what is the one thing that you would like to let go from your life right now.

Just one thing.

And when you are thinking about it,

Feel at which part of your body does the sensation arise when you decide to let go of this one thing.

Now it's up to you.

Use the power of your imagination,

Visualize warm,

Pleasant water washing over your body and taking that thing away from you.

Let go freely.

Let go truly.

Let go fully.

And now we have arrived at the final step of this visualization.

Come back to the feeling of being submerged in water.

And now imagine when the water starts to float away from you.

It sinks deeper and deeper as if you are in a bathtub and just put the plug out so the water escapes leaving your body alone.

As the water escapes and sinks lower and lower and lower,

Your body becomes heavier as if it found new points on the surface to ground itself there.

When you flatten and you rest and you feel as if you are full and your sensations are slowing down,

Your mind grows heavy.

And your ears become heavier,

Harder to move,

Sloppier,

Slower,

Quieter,

Sleepier.

Let yourself stay in the sensation for as long as you need to.

Ground yourself,

Sink deeper and deeper and deeper.

You are here,

Physically present in this space,

On this surface,

In this body,

In this mind.

Have a good sleep.

Good night.

Good night.
