Welcome to this fully whispered sleepy meditation.
I welcome you into this practice with a full heart.
Be kind to yourself today.
Be grateful for this time you are able to give yourself for this moment of quietness,
Of stillness,
For the ability of your body to take care of itself when you allow it to.
Settle in into any position that you find most comfortable for you.
Make sure that the air can flow freely through your body.
Find the space that will make this practice the best it can be.
We begin with a big deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the nose gently and slowly.
Our breath is our entrance into this world of calmness,
The sacred space this time that is only for you.
Reconnect with yourself.
Find a memory that is pleasant to you,
Makes you feel good about yourself,
About the world.
Ask yourself when was the last time that you felt great,
Inspired,
Full of energy and life force.
When was the last time that you felt like you could do anything?
What were you doing then?
Why is it that you felt that way?
Keep the memory of that moment with you.
Stay close to the feeling.
Reenact it within yourself right now.
You can choose to feel in this way anytime.
It's all up to you.
Settle into your body.
Check in with yourself.
How was today for you?
Which part of your body responded to the conversations,
Activities that you did today?
Maybe it is your hands that tirelessly come to your aid anytime you need them.
Or maybe your feet ground you,
Or your stronger supporter.
Maybe it's your neck supporting your head and reacting to any commands that you give to it.
Or maybe it's the bottom of your back just above your tailbone.
A strong energy space where you accumulate your positive,
Moving,
Inspired energy as well as your anxiety and tension.
It's for you to choose which one you bring out in yourself.
I want you to breathe in together with me as I will count from 10 to 1.
Slowly breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your nose with each breath,
Shedding a layer,
Letting go of the energy that doesn't serve you anymore,
Of the tension of this day that you want to set free from.
Let a warm wave wash over you with each breath.
You are leaving some things behind.
You are renewing yourself.
You are taking one step with each breath towards the version of yourself that you like the most,
That feels in alignment with your true.
From 10 to 1.

Let yourself stay for a little bit in this safe,
Comfortable space.
Just you,
This quietness,
The sweetness of this moment.
Stay in it.
Really take it in.
Every single bit about it.
Notice what can you smell around you.
What is coming in with the air into your nose.
The temperature of the air as you inhale and exhale.
How does it taste inside your mouth?
What can you hear outside of this meditation?
How does it feel to hear my voice in your ears?
Maybe it feels like a little tickle.
Maybe it feels like a soft warm blanket put over your shoulders.
How does it feel to fully relax your eyes?
Let go of all the visual aspects of this day.
We look at so many things,
But what we really need to do is look within ourselves.
Take time to accept all of these feelings that you are finding.
Everything making you more present,
More alive.
I would like to invite you to finish this meditation with a soft memory of gratitude for all things given to you today.
Take time to count those blessings,
Small or big,
In your head.
Or,
If it feels better,
Speak them out loud.
Take your time and notice how your body feels as you mention your blessings.
And with this,
I wish you a pleasant good night.
Let yourself into the world of sleep,
In the world of relaxation,
Rejuvenation and love.
Have a good night.
