A spoken word poem on the journey to find your favorite toy only to find it and want to play with something else - and how this mirrors life and the the excitement of the exploration and the seeking. May we also find joy in the having and not only in the wanting.

Today on Mind Mastery,

Lost and found.

Standing strong with my head held high as the new day approaches and yesterday feeds into a memory.

Balancing the hands of time within and without too much thought of what will be next.

Restless nights of unsound sleep,

Mind racing exploring places inside my head like a young kid looking for his favorite toy.

With determination and focus the toy is found and the kid wants to play with a different one.

It was the journey of the find.
