Alright,
I want to talk about going all in.
This one means a lot to me because for way too long I'd waver,
Leaving room for doubt and indecision to just confuse the shit out of me.
I've traveled a lot but I'd have to say that my least favorite place is limbo.
But all jokes aside,
The place of indecision really sucks and has caused me a lot of suffering over the years.
What I've learned is that everything informs the next.
So just making any decision is better than no decision.
From there you can usually feel right away if it's aligned or not.
And just like your car GPS you can reroute and switch paths but you're still heading in the direction of your destination.
And maybe you even learned something along this seemingly wrong way.
Yes,
Being all in can be scary but it can also be very liberating.
And I get it,
It does sound scary to push all your chips in,
Betting it all on your hand,
Letting go and just blindly jumping without any guarantee of success.
Whoa!
Immediately fear sets in,
Doubt begins to make,
You question your decision and then you're back doing nothing and staying exactly where you started.
Maybe that's a familiar pattern for you,
It was for me.
So I'm not saying that it's going to be easy,
I'm just saying that it's a choice.
I'm also saying that it happens one decision at a time,
Not all at once.
It wasn't until recently I realized that not going all in was actually creating more dis-ease and stress than just going for it.
It was that in-between space that would drive me crazy,
That limbo again.
But the minute I decide and the minute you decide,
The universe starts moving the Tetris pieces around to support you.
But the trick is,
You have to make the first move.
And unlike poker,
You can't lose when you go all in at the game of life.
If you believe in yourself,
If you believe that everything is progress,
If you stay consistent with small action,
If you keep making those decisions,
If you get support to make the ride easier and more enjoyable,
And if you stay committed and positive.
The good news is,
You aren't competing against anybody and nobody has better cards.
The hand you were dealt is perfect.
So it's time to go all in.
Are you ready?
