You are doing such a great job.
Today is about evaluating what's working and what's not working.
It's about really taking inventory on how are you doing?
Is the planning you created working for your lifestyle?
Do you need to move things around and adjust your schedule so that you can make the shifts possible to make this sustainable?
Because change must be sustainable.
Even though we're doing a 30-day sprint right now,
There are parts of this that we want to carry over after the 30 days.
Because this challenge is showing you what you are capable of.
But there will be a whole other mission on keeping this going as a lifestyle.
But first you must prove to yourself that you can do this and how powerful you are when you apply yourself.
A big part of success is being able to check in with yourself and adjust along the way to make it sustainable.
It's important not to get stuck in rigidity or have to's that aren't working.
If something isn't working,
Don't make it about being bad or wrong.
But seeing this challenge and life as a fluid process that needs your attention,
Especially when it's a priority.
And don't forget to celebrate the small wins along the way.
So as you evaluate what's not working,
You also want to keep the energy of celebration for all the things that you're doing well.
