Confidence is the reward for trusting yourself.
It comes from consistency and commitment and it feels amazing.
Confidence is built from completing tasks,
Doing the right thing,
Moving your body,
Showing up in your word,
Trying things you fear,
Standing up for yourself,
Thinking long-term and creating a plan,
Not caring what others think and doing more of what makes you happy.
Confidence is built on accomplishment.
If you achieve small or big goals,
You're going to feel much better about yourself.
It begins with your day-to-day.
Being able to trust yourself and get things done in small ways will eventually ripple out to the big things.
It is an energy,
A powerful one.
You know it is a ride because you feel it and so do the others around you.
It is as if you live from the core of your being out into the world.
It literally changes the way you carry yourself,
The way that you walk,
Talk and move and especially how you feel about yourself.
People are always saying that confidence is the most attractive thing about someone.
Why is that?
People who know themselves and trust themselves are sexy.
Maybe you are starting to feel some of this confidence and if you are,
That's amazing.
It is coming from showing up for yourself each day in what you said you would do and when you shift your energetic field,
You will without a doubt start to attract other confident people.
So today is about allowing yourself to feel and recognize all the ways that you feel confident.
What do you feel is different now since you started?
Okay,
Okay,
Not to be a Debbie Downer,
But I do wanna say that confidence is a very delicate friend.
It shows up like clockwork when you show up for yourself and it also dips out when you go back to not keeping your word as fast as it came in.
That kind of sucks,
But it is a loyal friend if you are loyal to yourself.
Confidence and insecurity travel together and it really does come down to what you will choose.
The thing about confidence is once you get a glimpse of it and you know that you are capable of it,
You start to crave it.
Creating a plan and taking action on it is what this program has been teaching you.
Rather,
It's been reminding you that you have had it all along and you just weren't prioritizing it.
And since I'm not sugarcoating things,
Proving you can do it is one thing and the first step,
But making it a lifestyle to feel confidence regularly is the next step and will require some attention and perseverance.
But number one,
I know you can do it.
And number two,
If you continue to break things down in small doable steps and take each day at a time,
Anything is possible.
