Your programming dictates the thoughts in your mind, and your thoughts are what creates the results in your life. So, if you are not happy with the results in your life, it is definitely worth investigating and changing your programming to align with your desires. We are programmed in two primary sensory ways, what you heard and what you saw. These 2 areas created your experience and beliefs which you are carrying and bringing with you today. You could be making decisions from an old program that is not aligned with the results you desire today. What's your story?!

What's your story?

Or better yet,

What are the stories you keep telling yourself over and over that are not serving you?

Today,

I want to talk about your programming.

Your thoughts come from what you learned and experienced in your past,

Which got stored in your mind and is called your programming.

We are programmed in two primary sensory ways,

What you heard and what you saw.

These two areas created your experience and beliefs which you are carrying and bringing with you today.

You could be making decisions from an old program that is not aligned with the results you desire today.

The main topics in our lives that this could affect are our finances,

Relationships,

Health,

To name just a few.

Your programming dictates the thoughts in your mind and your thoughts are what are creating the results in your life.

So if you're not happy with your results in your life,

It is definitely worth investigating and changing your programming to align with your desires.

The pathway is this,

You have your programming,

It creates a bunch of thoughts that translate into behaviors and actions that are then creating the results.

Let me just get one thing out of the way,

Not all of our stories are bad.

A lot of them are actually really great and we also have some really,

Really old ones playing that we have forgotten to get curious about and take the time to rewrite.

I would like to invite you to think about what did you hear and see growing up by your primary caretakers that might be contributing to the stories that you are telling yourself and ultimately might be holding you back from achieving your goals.

From there,

You can begin to see how this experience growing up might play a role in how you relate to the world around you.

Start paying attention if you find yourself repeating what you heard and saw.

Ask yourself,

Is this mine or someone else's?

Maybe that is what you learned,

But that doesn't mean it's how you need to be now,

Today,

Especially if it's not working for you.

Try writing out your thoughts,

It can be easier to dig them out when you write them out.

By identifying the subtle ways you are talking to yourself and where these thoughts came from,

You can begin to be in the power of choice and decide how you continue to relate with life and rewrite the story so that it works for you.

You are the creator of your life,

So take charge of your mind and watch the magic happen.

Master your mind,

Master your life.
