Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let's begin.

Take another nice deep breath in,

Feel the air fill your lungs,

Bringing energy into your body,

Exhale gently,

Releasing any tension or heaviness.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into a calm,

Peaceful state,

Let go of any worries or thoughts about yesterday or the day ahead.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart,

Imagine a warm,

Golden light glowing in your chest.

With your next inhale,

Let this light expand,

Filling you with warmth,

Comfort,

And gratitude.

Now,

Silently or out loud,

Repeat these words,

I am grateful for this day.

I am grateful for my breath,

My body,

And this moment.

Take a moment to think of three things you are thankful for.

These could be big or small,

Maybe it's the love of someone close to you,

The opportunities this day holds,

Or simply the fact that we are alive and present.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of deep appreciation for these blessings.

Now,

Let's set an intention for your day.

Ask yourself,

What energy do I want to bring into this day?

How do I want to show up for myself and others?

Repeat these affirmations or create your own as you breathe in and out.

I am inspired by the possibilities of today.

I move through this day with purpose and joy.

I am capable of achieving my goals with ease and grace.

See yourself stepping into the day confident and motivated,

Radiating positivity and strength.

And now,

I want you to imagine the day ahead unfolding in the best way possible.

Picture yourself completing tasks with focus,

Connecting with others in meaningful ways,

And feeling proud of what you've accomplished.

Feel the energy of success and inspiration as if it's already yours.

Let it settle in your heart and radiate through your entire being.

When you're ready,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am grateful for the opportunities of today.

I am inspired,

Motivated,

And ready to embrace all that comes my way.

Let's take one final deep breath in,

Hold it,

And exhale,

Feeling fully grounded and ready to begin your day.

Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And open your eyes when you feel ready.

Take this gratitude and intention with you as you step into your day,

Knowing you are aligned with positivity,

Purpose,

And motivation.

Namaste.

I loved the words in this guided meditation. The background music competed with the spoken words, though, making it difficult to fully focus on the message at times. Still a fantastic meditation, so I’m giving it 5 stars. Can we have one without the background music? ☺️

His deep voice, the celtic or nordic imfluenced music, the rhythm, all felt like like a massage for my brain and nervous system.
