I’ve been a certified life coach and hypnotherapist since 2012, supporting people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. In 2018, I expanded my work by becoming a certified NLP Practitioner, allowing me to go even deeper in helping clients break through limiting beliefs and release negative patterns. Over the years, I’ve written six books on topics close to my heart—mindfulness, goal-setting, human connection, emotional healing, hypnosis, and the transformative power of sharing your story. At the core of my work is a deep love for truly connecting with people, holding space, and helping them feel lighter, more empowered, and more at peace. My purpose on this earth is to support your mental and emotional healing.
