Good morning.
Thank you for joining me.
This is your morning meditation.
And today we're going to be thinking about what's my motivation?
If you will,
Get in a comfortable seat or lie down.
Close down the shades of your eyes and begin deepening your breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Take a few cleansing breaths.
If your mind begins to wander,
Just notice it.
There's no judgment.
There's no need to categorize it.
It just is.
Let it pass on.
What's your motivation for today?
Motivation is key to success or failure.
Many of us try to emulate what we see successful people do and that's not actually going to help because the motivation is what is the key to our success.
Begin breathing and begin to set your intention for today.
Don't let another day just happen to you.
Don't begin to acknowledge and feel inside of you that whatever you set your mind on,
Whatever your intention,
Your motivation is for today,
You can see that happen.
It's not just a trite adage.
It's true.
Allow the monkey mind thoughts to pass and just begin to recognize you are writing today.
This is your story.
What we choose to focus on,
That ends up happening so search down and seek.
Put your hands on your heart and ask yourself,
What is today going to bring me?
How am I going to create today?
The only failure is the failure to show up.
Show up.
Don't fail.
Find the authentic place in your heart that is telling you this will light me up today.
This is living my life fully and abundantly,
This thing and whatever it is,
Follow it.
It doesn't just have to be another day.
This is your precious life and you have the power to live it on purpose with your own motivation,
With your own unique abilities and calling,
No one else can live this life for you.
No one else can bring exactly what you bring.
Take another deep cleansing breath,
Exhaling in a sigh,
Allowing whatever that doesn't serve you to be breathed out.
Do that a few times if you need to.
You are beloved.
You are already successful for having come here this morning to challenge your status quo.
You're amazing.
Another deep cleansing in breath and out breath.
