And just start to tune in to this gentle pull of gravity,
Bringing you down to the earth.
Feeling the weight of your body,
Making contact with your cushion or mat.

Gently beginning to breathe for the count of five into the center of your heart and out for the count of five.
Just gently preparing ourselves for this journey and calling in our ancestors,
