Meditation Timer OnlineMelissa Renzi (she/her) is a Licensed Social Worker, yoga teacher, ecotherapy guide, and community builder. She creates inclusive gatherings where sensitive and neurodivergent individuals can find belonging, build meaningful connections, and explore how their unique strengths can contribute to a more just and equitable world. With a decade of experience teaching yoga in clinical settings, Melissa brings a trauma-informed approach to her yoga classes—prioritizing accessibility, personal agency, and respect for yoga’s traditional teachings. Her classes are especially welcoming to seniors, those managing health challenges, and anyone who has felt out of place in conventional yoga spaces. Through slow, self-paced movement and adaptable postures, she fosters a supportive environment that encourages deep connection with the body and nervous system. Since 2016, Melissa has led over 25 retreats across seven countries, offering nurturing spaces that celebrate sensitivity and neurodiversity and support diverse, inclusive participation.
