This original poem presented in the form of a meditation is intended to ground and calm your nervous systems whilst supporting you as you move through anxiety, worry, and restlessness. By cultivating a loving awareness of fear and fear-based thoughts and beliefs, we allow fear to move through us. When we create the space to be present, to be with what is, we allow ourselves to be in love, in gratitude, and in bliss with the abundance of life.
